  • Hi , so i tried to make a withdrawl on Skycrown which i have $9000 around in the balance .They have a new option of Payid email payment which i used to for a quicker deposit they are asking me for screenshots of the receipt and asking for it to have my name on it but i am with an australian bank and for whatever reason it doesnt show my name because it was sent by myself on my account . The lady on livechat wont help me at all and just says we wont approve if your name is not on the screenshot along with the time etc. everything else is there the time date just not my name can someone please help me i deposited over $5000 and am trying to get my money out

  • Please help me :( the receipts of the bank through the app only show the receivers details because most Australian banks wouldn't show this as it is payid and they won't even approve a bank statement for it ? They are confusing me
