    As far as I can see the link works fine. You can try another browser. Please let us know if you managed to open the link and log in.

    I cleared history in google chrome and searched the casino but when I clicked the link it showed This site can't be reached.
    I need to login and upload document for my withdrawal.
    I emailed [email protected] but they did not reply.
    I cannot find any alternative ways of contact that is why I posted here.
    Please help me contact them.

    We got an update from the casino. The rep says that their customer support has contacted you with the explanation. Namely, you are missing EcoPayz document, therefore your withdrawal is still pending. We asked them about the log in problems still waiting on their reply. We'll get back to you as soon as we get more info.

    We finally heard back from the casino regarding your case. Namely, they advised us that their Customer Support tried calling you on the phone, but you didn't answer or returned the call. They also tried to contact you via email, but you didn't reply.
