CLOSED: RTG Changing to no full screen mode

Ive been a casino player along time now and have Enjoyed playing at most of the casinos.What i need to ask is not for 1 REP but others to mybe give us answers..

first off i like playing full screen on my Downloaded software.Its been Working fine till last week and now i have a 12 in window..I dont know about everyone Else but thiers a reason i bought a 26in computer monotor! So i can see what i'm doing..Now the full screen has left i cant play on these sites anymore.I refuse to do instant play mode.Why did i bother downloading software if it wont let you expand window:These are a few.Jackpot capital,Slotistic,Slotocash,bovagas and grand vagas casino.I have asked on 3 sites why and i get no answer.Mybe u like the younger 20/20 vision guys.Well sorry im 53 and mybe 10/7 vision if im lucky.I think others might feel the same way.I'm vip on most these,well i cant play here no-more either till i get full screen back..

Hey cobra, just checked out a game on Slotocash, and yes, game window is not resizable. 

Hoowever, I have a full HD lcd panel here, and game window covers more than half of the screen. You did not tell us if you have a 1080p monitor, or 4k, or less than 1080p but this is what you can do in general:

Since game is a fixed number of X times Y pixels, if you have a high res monitor game will appear smaller. So set your monitor resolution to something smaller when you want to play RTG games and game window will than appear bigger on your screen. You might see a lower quality graphics but size will go up.

Sorry to hear that ,

This is realted to the games settings where the most of them are set to 1280x720 px which is why playing the full screen mode in full had resoulition is not possible . 

With that said ,we can only escalate this to RTG Developement Team to check if this is something they will consider on fixining in upcomings releases . To be honest I doubt this will be their top priority anytime soon as they are focusing on HTML5 game developements .

As drtheleon suggested ,the best is to use a smaller resolution ,however the graphic quality will be affected .

Ive tryed everything.my monitor is 1080p anyhow I'm just not going to play on these sites anymore. I'm VIP which means a very important person. Well I guess they're going to have to change that status. Why bother downloading if you can't use the program the way it's designed to be used. To me it's a waste to have it. These developers are so stupid they're catering to the cell phone community. Who the hell wants to play the game on their cell phone. That's the most stupidest thing I've ever heard of. But that's the new technology. So as VIPs don't mean crap no more

cobra, I'm personally not a huge fan of mobile platforms since I almost never gamble "on the move", and I also have a Windows mobile powered device that is certainly not a go to choice for apps, but mobile gaming is is on the rise so apparently more people every day do not think the same as you do.

As to the RTG games themselves, since 1080p has become a standard resolution for desktops, they would need to increase game resolution by a lot so that you can have it full screen size and retain the graphic quality at the same level. That would than lead to a significant increase in performance demand etc and I'm not sure how much are devellopers at RTG willing to dedicate themselves to this now. Remember, casinos themselves are not directly responsible for this, its the software maker that is, so your casino VIP status cannot help there much.

I suppose that when monitors with 4k res become as affordable as 1080p ones are today, all software makers will be more or less forced to increase the resolution of their games.

I would be More wary of how rtg casinos ,have changed for the worse in the last year or so,,, on everything.Not like it used to be slots you can play $300 and get 2 features,,,, table games they win like 94% ,,,,and pushes are also very high %. and withdraws everybody has there hand in it..And they have come out with more  rules then any govt has, to take back your winnings

Typically I don't play in Full screen mode, but do like to once in awhile. Yesterday, tried the full screen mode and yup, you are right. No full screen for me either. I have a huge screen so really does not bother me.

hey cobra, being 53 like you  i know exactly where your coming from!  i've played at most of the sites you mentioned. i have a 32" tv monitor

so my   resolution range sucks compared to yours. i just tried to switch it to full screen took a couple of tweeks but it will go into the full screen mode and yes the resolution is sacrificed . the rtg program is x86 base so run the windows compatibility mode and it will reconfigure
