    I dont know. if its ok that they dont paid cause i have always use freechip codes here,but im not an RTG player so i dont know very well how RTG casinos work on the freechips.

    Two or more free chips in a row without a deposit will always negate an opportunity to withdraw.  You must deposit in between free chips.

    Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do about it.
