I just got to tell everyone this, because i just got bad experience with this casino  Masters-bet.com. I made deposit for New years 150% bonus. I got 12,5 EUR balance. I played allowed games, and won 240 EUR.  But that,   i got some kind error from game, and all money just disappear. And all History from my account disappear to.  Than i asked for chat, and they said that i canceled the bonus . OMG.   Off course , i did not do that, i had 240 EUR and  was close to withdrawal.

This was hided information, and it was not  at email, where i got promotion. Frequent game changes in casino is not allowed.

Thanks for letting us know. The casino provided us with the same email they sent to you. We are waiting on their feedback regarding this email here on the forum. 

@burlax - Can you please update us regarding this issue? The casino doesn't reply to our email with the comment on the last email they sent to you. They probably don't want to cooperate with us. Please post the update here. 

burlax contacted us saying that he got his deposit but the casino didn't answer his questions. He wants us to close this topic since he doesn't want to deal with this casino anymore.
