  • My free roll tournaments were disabled because i havent deposited i was told. When i said i have deposited a couple of times, i was told it has been since August 2016. Why in the h&*# would i keep depositing at a casino when i got barley 5 min of playtime? The tournaments are hard to win so i don't see it as a loss anyways. My complaint is, don't tell me i have not deposited when i have, and don't try to force me to keep depositing when i get no play time. Further more, don't offer me a match while you are lying to me about why my tournaments were cut. I have always disliked that casino, now i know why dizzy

    Last deposit was in August 2016. Since last deposit the casino has given entry to 176 free tournaments.

    Tournaments were disabled due to deposit inactivity. 

  • All that was said in my first post except for the fact that i was first told i had not deposited and that is fine that the tournaments were disabled. Out of 176 tournaments how many did i win embarrassed I might deposit but don't hold your breath. I stopped depositing at sloto group long ago. I don't even have the software downloaded on my new laptop. I have a few paid tourneys from $2 i found in my account the other day. When that is done then i will most likely not be back. Forcing people to deposit leaves a bad taste and shows bad form. I did read where some non depositers were tourney banned but i see if you don't keep depositing/ losing your tournaments are cut. Then if you manage a big win and live in the USA slow payment here you come. Oh well, thanks for the reply. Can mark as resolved cry

  • i can totaly relate to you on this matter ! i really did like redstag they were on my fav list , t6hen suddenly i could not enter "freerolls" when i asked them they say i have to deposit , ok that didnt even sit right with me i mean is it a freeroll or not , so i didnt even play for a while til i did deposit and still was not elgible for freerolls !!!!! so i ask and they say that i have reached my number of freerolls wtf ? im really not ok now i still have yet to talk with someone on this issue

  • Free is not always free to some casinos hence the mis leading emails. As soon as you click on them...BAM deposit then free spins thumbs_down. This casino will never see another penny from me. I have played my last buy in, low and behold lost all of the penny rolls. I believe they will lose a lot of customers with this demand of deposits. I will delete them from my pc today. It seems sort of a desperate ploy to me but hey what do i know. I am sure other players will get tired soon enough. Sorry this happened to you also. I would not have made a deposit if i were you. I guess they want you to deposit more before your free exclamationrolls will continue. Best of luck if you do.

  • that is the issue i have that i have yet to resolve , i was told by them that the freerolls are for depositers and once i deposit i can then join the freerolls again . mind you that in itself was enough that i did not want to be a player there any more should have uninstalled . however i decided to try my luck and deposited also to be able to play freerolls again . so then im told i have reached my limit of freerolls ! had i been told that my depositing would have more likely then not have happened !

    soi i will be taking this up with them to come to a resolve

    If you read my post you will see where i called them out on the information i was given by CS. I do not and will not play at a place that lied to me about something so small. Even the msg about verifiying my email is a lie. The reason i was cut was because they are greedy, bottom line. I bet you did not even win on your deposit embarrassed.  I would hate to see what happens if you do manage a win. Let the games begin. There is a forum post about the issue of getting paid. Slow pay huh. I wish you the best of luck. Maybe after reading the posts you will be let back in. I am done and done.
