  • So i could be wrong, but this rule is stupid....
First, long story short- registered trough your site at Red stag, got the 5$ bonus, lost it very fast(so the casino is still tight). After some days wanted to deposit and try it again, but got an email from them about the freeroll tournament in which i can play! So hit that and was in the money. So there' s no need for a deposit. At the end got 100$, play some slots and got it up to 400$ which i withdraw... Waited all previous week and nothing until this morning i found their message in my e-mails junk box.
And here comes the Red Stag rule bulllshit!
Here' s the rule: "Freeroll Tournaments and Tournaments are only for active depositing customers. If a customer has never deposited are ineligible for our Tournaments winnings."
1st- It' s a freeroll, i made my poker bankroll only from playing freerolls without depositing some time ago.
    2nd.- They sent:
Invitation to the $5000 Guaranteed Freeroll

"The Tournament starts on Jan 7th at 8PM EST and ends on 14th 8PM EST.
    Fist Prize takes home $1,500.
All you have to do is go to the tournament lobby and register for Free."

So they are saying yeah come and play, but if you hadn' t read that stupid rule, which i think is nowhere else found, there is no way you will get the money!!!!!
I would say watch out, there are probably some shady rules in the t&c...
As i said, maybe i'm wrong, but knowing everything else in other places i don' t think so... Most likely going to close the account there.

  • You cant be serious? why is it bullshit? You haven't read the rules and now you blame casino?

You said it yourself you spent $5 ND so you had a chance to test the casino for free. But You can't expect to play for free forever without spending a dime.

Also not sure why is this in a complaint section really... As I see nothing but a rant here and not really a complaint material nor a valid case.

  • Hi Total Racoon,

Always ALWAYS read the terms and conditions first.

It was a freeroll tournament for you, you didnt have to pay to enter and you still have the chance of enjoying it. For most RTG casinos the general term is that at least one deposit needs to have been made if you want to cashout tourney winnings. Now you are aware for future tourneys.
