    Yobetit.com is a SCAM website and removed my 4391,14 balance, as too disrespected me as people and customer )

    I think they see the customers only as "a number account" and not as people human. They only think in money and more money, profit and more profit, without to honour winners players

    This sounds bad. I am fully disappointed and frustrated for to have lost 2 months of my life playing there, believing to be one honest company gambling

    I registered my account on the company Yobetit.com

    In April I received one bonus freebet with rollover 95,00 x 25 times = 2375,00

    I passed several days, weeks, playing normally, in due odds, fighting against this bigger, almost impossible rollover, fighting against this requirements, until I ended, with some little profit

    After this, I not done any withdraw. Now, that funds was as real money and not more as bonus funds. I resolved to continue playing there with that, trying to win more, of course

    Then I passed more days, weeks, using time of my life for to play there, believing to be in one honest company

    During all this time, I continued receiving offers messages in inbox account and in my email address. All was fine

    Now my balance was in 4391,14

    Until this week I thinked in to withdraw only 120,00 of my balance for to buy in eBay some thing

    Then I resolved to verify my account. I sent my documents and my account was verified

    But in next day, I tried to log in my account and was locked. I asked the reason, they replied me I selected the gender wrong in my registration ¬¬ I am sure this not happened, but if yes, by my documents sent previous and by my name are easy to know my gender. I claimed this in message mail

    Then passed 1 days and they replied me to have updated my gender in register, normally. But, for my surprise, the balance was 0,00 ¬¬ Now they allegate I cannot to had winned that bonus

    Only this week, 2 months after I to have winned and done the full rollover, they desactivated that code bonus of site for now to can alegate this and dishonour my winnings which I passed several days, several weeks, a lot time of my life, 2 months aproximatelly, playing against that hard rollover. They changed the bonus terms this week and created a new bonus with new amounts, new rollover, restrictions, all different things

    I am thinking they have not money for to pay winners players

    I would like of your help, please, in my dispute complaint

    And if they to honour me and re-credit my balance back in my account for me to continue playing, I will to public here and to erase this topic of forum, for nobody more in the world to read they are scammers

  • By experience when you discover a betting site or casino you never heard about in years anywhere and they give free money it's usually just a trap. The entire goal of the operation is to trap you in by giving you free money and make sure you win. Then when you won they ask you to send them money, in what sending them money prove anything? Are they saying that if you don't have the money at the moment you have no rights to participate in a no deposit? Nah it's just a way they use to justify sending them money and then they run away with it, or suddenly make up out of nowhere that you must now wager because your cash money became bonus once again after you deposited etc. Of course it doesn't mean ALL casino do that, but let's just say that last time i did a no deposit and the casino asked me to deposits 50e to claim my 50e i just said no ty because i knew there was a real chance i just deposit and never see my money again. At the time i didn't know anyone that could tell me if they tried the casino so it was a blind guess i didn't want to take. Btw Snunes i don't want to be bad but continueing to play and grind to 4k a no deposit bonus was a solid mistake. It was obvious how it would end. What you had to do is cashout right away when you cleared wager then redeposit because if you use no deposit with vague bonus terms they can say it means whatever they want and get away with it while if you deposit money then everything changes. But i am sad to hear what happened to you, it's a real shame that we have to go through all that over and over again.

  • I know that they do I am a VIP of theres and always looking for the best offers on LCB - Yobetit have always been clear with me over bonuses and even sent an email to me letting me know of wagering changes. The problem with most players of free bets is you expect to win when you dont follow the limitations like only bet on football or min odds - Not all casino/sportsbook have auto restrictions and you only know when you break them. Morale of the story read all terms and conditions before you play!

  • @spinking1 what is your connection to this casino?  I believe you are working for this casino ( few reasons, new account, immediatley posting at a topic related to your brand, awfully familiar with old and new T&Cs, changing to UK flag when your location is from Malta where this casino is licensed etc. )

Namely, they informed us that you breached their T&C claiming multiple free bet bonuses when you are entitled to only one free bet promotion, therefore, they deducted your winnings. They kindly ask you to chat with their customer support and they'll be able to explain everything in detail. Please do as they advise and get back to us with the updates.

If I send message, they ignore all. They not replied me in last 10 days and I sent more than 20 messages

    Thanks for your reply. We're going to tell them to contact you instead. We'll also ask them to confirm how many and which bonuses you claimed since we didn't get the answer on this.

    Before I address some of your concerns, just to let you know we deleted that other duplicate topic as there is no need to keep two active threads about deleting posts.

    Now I understand where you are coming from and certainly it is stressful especially if casino is pressuring you to delete the complaint. However since you sought our assistance after posting your complaint, you need to see it through. 
    Again you can drop the complaint and in that case it will be closed but not deleted. 

    Deactivating your forum account has nothing to do with the forum posts. You posted at a public forum with your own free will and no one forced you to file in a complaint with LCB against this casino.

    [ note that our members have a time limit when it comes to deleting/editing their posts for 30 minutes, this is in order to prevent abuse )

    " Recommendation" doesnt mean you are obligated to delete anything. But if you are being threatened or pressured by this casino you need to state so and also provide us with evidence of this.     We are not other forums. We take complaints seriously. 

    There is something wrong with this entire case. First we had casino shill posting comments at this very topic, trying to mask their location, pretending to be just a regular player. 

    And now it seems that you are being pressured to remove all public complaints. That is not cool and this is exactly why we need to get to the bottom of this issue.

    I am afraid. I do not have the money to pay a lawyer. The lawyer woman who sent me this letter, works at a law firm and works for this and other gambling companies. She is the wife or girlfriend of the company owner, including Facebook photos. I'm scared and I want to do what you asked for, to erase, because I do not want my details on the police authorities.

    I have children and more important things to worry about, than to fight for a small amount of money that I earned by playing there. I would just like to have my winnings returned to my account to continue playing there normally, and I do not have the money to pay a lawyer. I am in South America and they are in Europe in Malta. I do not have the financial or headache to be having headaches with it. That's why I asked you to turn it off. If you still do not understand, it will be frustrating for me.

    I would like to see that pdf letter very much. If what you posted is true, then they have no reason to threaten you with legal actions just for posting at a public forum. Unless you posted fraudulent complaint or false information.

    Obviously there are two sides of each story, however casino has no business to threaten anyone.  They are free to post their side of the story for the sake of transparency and our community that is closely following this complaint.

    LCB now has a responsibility to try to get to the bottom of this issue and get the truth. If no one has anything to hide then them nor you should be worried to post.

    Of course casino is not obligated to make any comments but at the same time we are not obligated to delete it.

    If you still want our help please provide Melissa with all correspondence and transcripts with this casino so we can look into it .

    Again if its true what you say then they are just trying to scare you.  And you can always say that you contacted LCB and asked us to delete your complaint and that we have said no. This way you did everything in your power to do what they ask of you so they wont have any legal grounds to go after you ( not saying they have legal grounds now either ).

    This is not the first time casinos are asking complaints to be taken down but we do not allow to be bullied nor our members to be bullied ( if that is the case here ). Casinos see this as a bad PR so why they try to get it deleted. Instead they should see it as an oppotunity to prove their own case and do some good PR.

    We at LCB try to be as objective as possible, and we go with the evidence and not threats.

    We are more than happy to take responsibility for not deleting this topic, until we have all supporting evidence and until we get the official statement from this casino regarding your case.

  • This are one question: I as involved in the case, not wish more this. I am having headache with this and can be sick with all this things

    All started because I found one code bonus in forums public of internet, with peoples saying they was using normally and too with drawing the funds, as being for all users

    Then, as they offers weekly bonuses all weeks, I thinked that was one, and I tried to see if I too was elegible for that code bonus of no deposit amount. And worked, with big and hard rollover. This was last month. I wins that big and hard rollover, requirements, with one small profit, aproximatelly 300,00 I believe

    But I resolved to continue playing there, trying win a litte more, of course. And I had success

    Only this end month May, I resolved to verify my account, sending my doc and utility bill, and this was verified and confirmed by them. But then, in other day, the account was locked with reasons I wrong the gender box in registration (I not know if this really happened, I not believe I wrong, but this are one sigle issue), and then they unlocked updating my gender but for my surprise removing all my winnings

    For they, I can not to win that bonus. For me, I can, because worked in my account. Then I believe this can to be one faulth of communication or one technical failure of site in to let the code bonus for all. If this happens, then would must to be detected immediatly or in first days, and in next month, because I lost days, weeks, playing there, believing all are fine, a lot time after rollover requirements ended too, this was in April. We are ending May and only now they to see and resolve remove my winnings? This sounds bad for me

    Then I sent mail messages to him, the firsts they replied, allegating this above, but then a lot others messages I was ignored.     I continued trying to resolve. Then the support sent me:

    "We suspended your account upon investigation and reported the details to the MGA. If you continue to slander our company on something completely untrue , we will have no choice but to seek legal representation and send you a cease and desist letter by email from our lawyers"

    I asked because this. I understood this as one threat to me. I replied she can not threaten me because I only was posting in forum of reviews my case as millions of peoples in the world do too. With my opinion of issue, because I believe I am right, and they believe they are right

    Then the support sent me:

    "We have forwarded your details and request to our legal team and the MGA. Please communicate directly with the MGA"

    Then 2 minutes after, one lawyer (wife or girlfriend of owner of company; she are senior of one firm advocate) sent me mail message with one letter pdf, which I understood as threat:

    "Dear,
    Attached is a self-explanatory letter sent on behalf of our client Yobetit.com Ltd."

    And the pdf in attachments. But this I cannot to attach here in forum, of course

    Basically, in pdf exist:

    "We write on behalf of our client XXXXXXXX in reply to your email dated the 23 May 2018, which was sent to the Company"

    "Our client is strongly rebutting your claims as unfounded in fact and in law"

    "you also breached the Company terms and conditions"

    "It has come to the Company's knowledge (and as you yourself admit in the above-mentioned email) that you are speading disparaging and harmful comments in relation to the Company. You are being called upon to immediately cease and desist from such actions and to immediatly remove any such comments form online and other fora"

    "The Company is holding you liable for any reputational and other damages which it may suffer as a result of your actions and shall also be informing the Police authorities and the Malta Gaming Authority of your actions which are tantamount to threats and defamation."

    For this reason I resolved to delete my posts of forums. Resting only here. And you not understand. I understood you are not afraid of confusion, of dispute, of fight. But I have, and I do not desire it. No money compensate it. So again, I ask you to delete this, so I try to resolve with them internally (and in end I spoke to you the resolution) and with the MGA

    And again we wont be deleting it just because they told you so.  If you do not want to provide detail regarding your case and send info that Melissa asked of you, then its your prerogative.

    I understand that you are afraid, I do. But now its not the time to panic. We are in touch with this casino and we have asked them to register at LCB so they can respond to your claims.

    Once more you can choose to abandon the complaint and have it closed here and we will gladly do so. But we simply cant make a precedent and delete this complaint just because casino asked u to.

    You see, this section is dedicated to complaints. If we are to make a precedent and delete this complaint, that could jeopardize all future complaints as then any other casino could say oh but you do delete these complaints.

    That would go against the purpose of this forum section and we would be doing a disservice to our community if we start deleting complaints now.

    So im afraid our answer is still no, we wont be deleting this topic. We endorse transparency and our members expect nothing less from us.

    I do not understand these things. I just wanted to continue with my account (which is still active) but also with my winnings, which I won by playing for a long time and honestly

    I'm from Brazil. They are from Europe (Malta). In my country there are no laws about gambling. No lawyer in my country understands or works with these matters. And I do not have the money to pay a lawyer from another country or European. I'm scared because in the letter she speaks of police authorities. Also speaks of MGA, but in the MGA I have already contacted to talk about the subject, I opened dispute complaint there, they are the regulators of them and work with complaints from users of the companies regulated by them

    I would just like to resolve this, in a good way, to continue playing there. I like the site, I was lucky there. I think they want it too.

    I deleted posts from the topics (except here) and sent 2 emails back today to the support of the girl who asked me to delete yesterday so that they could get a resolution, but they did not respond and are closing the ticket of each message without answer. That is, they are ignoring

    And I sent an email to her lawyer, saying that she had done what she asked for in the letter, deleted the posts, and asked if the site would comply with what the support said, to delete the messages and get a faster and better resolution for the subject matter. But she did not answer me either.

    Personally I want to see what they have to say about sending that legal letter and also want to see whos right about this case. 

    If casino has nothing to hide then Im sure they would accept LCB's invite to post a public statement to your case or at least provide evidence to LCB. And then we can have a CIVIL discourse with ARGUMENTS and not this BS.!

    As Zuga already explained several times in this thread, we never delete or edit posts made by our members because we want everything to be transparent. This time we hid the topic because we want this case to be resolved as soon as possible. As I already said in the private message I sent to you, we are going to wait until you and Yo Bet It get the final statement from MGA regarding this case. Once you get the official answer, please do let us know and we're going to update this thread accordingly and finally close it. We are looking forward to hearing the news from you guys soon.
