RESOLVED...Casino Epoca closed my account

Remember that EPOCA CASINO is one of them, I NEVER REGISTER A ACCOUNT, Open one with there 5$ no deposit and wow i won 150$ try to withdraw 100$ they simply BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE.
I email them they ask me to send them proper DOC, The first one I've send I hide some information that most casino don't require " BARCODE " After I send my new CLEAN DOC they never re open my account and they've got my DOC clean that they can use I think.
AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COST !

Casino Epoca is one of the reputable MG casinos. We have had no complaints from members or visitors regarding this casino. However they should have notified you about blocking your account and given you a reason why.

This casino is far off from a warning.

I will email the rep there and let's try and see why your account was closed in the first place.

Good clarification, and I agree that it is up to players to decide if they want to try a certain casino or not.

I PLAY WITH MY 100$ lose some, win some, End up losing everything lol
Make a deposit 20$ get back to 50$ and I decide to withdraw and make at least 30$

I was trying to hit big you know how it's lol The payout is great at EPOCA that why I was so frustrating because of this, I'M SO HAPPY that everything was fix, and See Epoca didn't lose at the end since I'm a player and really enjoy the 100$

At least I stop and withdraw 50$ not so bad, Was VERY VERY HARD not to play it all and finally lose 20$

After 5 yrs DEPOSITING at EPOCA I hit 30 free spins bet 1.50$ X 4  - Sec after I hit them My account WAS CLOSED

They find some excuse saying that because on a chat I wasn't nice...they lock my account for 6 LONG MONTH.

They SAY " Don't worry Your FUND and your FREE SPINS will stay dormant for the time period " 

After 6 month, they want me to send them a letter of control saying that I don,t Held Casino Epoca for using my GAME, I send the letter but didn,t mention this section because it was MY Win, Not there.... After review my letter they DENIED re-opening my account

Those %#?&W#$@ Simply Refund my deposit and KEEP my 30 free spins at 1.50$ x 4 Big run that I could win good !!!

Some Lame excuse, I PAY the penality 6 MONTH Waiting, Waiting, Waiting...I was in Prison, I PAY For my BAD WORD

My account should have been Re-OPEN NO QUESTION ASK... They simply Withdraw my winning that those free spins would give.

I had big respect for Epoca over the 5 years I've play there but the last denied of my account was very lame.

Therefor today there rating is 1/10 TERRIBLE - They lose there reputation for cheating on players over time.
