  • I wanted to talk to someone regarding a small deposit I made a few weeks back.

    I was recently told by a legal representative that if a website outside of UK accepts a UK player without a UKGC licence they are required to refund back the charges made.

    I have tried to contact them via chat and just get ignored. Email no reply. Yet they bombard me with calls and voice messages trying to get me to play more. I want my refund this is insane I dont know how people enjoy playing here.

    We've noticed that you've been posting similar complaints on our forum lately.

    You are playing at Curacao licensed casinos where UK is restricted country as per their Terms and Conditions (Bronze Casino complaint: https://jswqzs.com/onlinecasinobonusforum/player-complaints/bronze-casino ), but these casinos are still accepting UK players. After you lost your money there, you decided to file a complaint here because they were accepting UK players without having UKGC licence. 

    You also posted a complaint about SpinUp Casino and requested from the casino to refund your deposits made in 2019 because they were accepting UK players without having UKGC license.

    On LCB site UK players are restricted to play at Bronze Casino, SpinUp Casino and Riviera Play Casino.

    At the same time, you were writing on the forum regarding your gambling problems and you've mentioned that you signed up to Gamstop. Some of your accounts (Bronze Casino for example) have been closed after you advised them that you signed up to Gamstop last year in August. 

    Now, you're saying that you were playing at Riviera Play Casino few weeks ago.

    If you have signed up to Gamstop, you shouldn't be playing at any casino. It seems that you are still playing at the casinos and spending time on gambling forums. When you lose your money, you complain how these casinos accept UK players without having UKGC licence.

    Please note that you, as a player, also have to do your due diligence prior to making deposits at any casino. You need to check if the casino has UKGC licence and what's written in their Terms and Conditions.

    We're sorry, but there's nothing more we can do to help you here. If you wish, you can try to file a complaint with their licensor - Curacao.

  • That's actually all wrong. 

    I signed up to gamstop 2 years ago  correct. 

    Last year I attempted to sign into casinos as I thought gamstop contract was finished . The curacao casinos accepted me then the other day I found out I was still on gamstop so I checked with all the websites I had been playing with and realised the reason they accepted me is because they are not licenced.

    And yes it doesnt help thay I have never won... because they are not fair casinos they never pay out so they are all fixed. Not one of them have paid me cash out.

    As you also stated lcb has stated the casinos have a warning. If you check I actually signed up to LCB after I signed up to the casinos so I didnt know this  

    I dont appreciate being accused when all I am trying to do is get my money back from UNLICENCED casinos. I have not posted on the forum about gambling problems. I had gambling problems when I signed up to gamstop and if casinos dont follow rules and regulations it's not my issue it is theres.

     

    Thanks for your response but again I dont like accusations when they are not true and I will take this further legally with the casinos if I have to.

    ^^^^^ yes this is very true I should have checked however as I previously stated I have only ever realised that casinos accepting uk players did not have a licence. All of the casinos accepted me after verification seeing I'm from UK still accepted me. 

     Terms and conditions never stated they do not hold a UKGC licence until they admitted it themselves
