  • Just my advise , avoid playing for money at all casinos from the WINWARD GROUP.
    Top Game
    One of their casinos, 7Reels, just stole abt 1000 euro from me.
    Fullfilled all their wagering requirements, payed only allowed slots, everuthing acoording to their sometimes silly tc´s.
    After requestina withdraw they first let you wait a few daysm then they put you under review, nobody can tell you how long that will take maximum.
    Chatted many times abt, sent 4 emails about it, no answer at all.
    A few hours after my 4 th email and it was stll a descent one, they just blocked me, vould not log in anymore. Just like that, no reason mentioned. I played honest, fullfiled their rules, sent all requested docs.
    Yout dont have to believe me, up to you all to play there, but google and read abt them, on howmany forums they are blaclisted in the meantime.  Take care please.
    Saved all contacts , have many screenshots. To me its a bunch of criminals.

    Do  you want me to confirm, send proof of about I wrote, to LCB or  somebody or what?
    I have 5 emails from me to 7Reels, abt 10 screenshots from chat and playingrecords, docs sent,
    even  comments from a chat operator of winward casino, prepared to show anybody, in public.
    Cant send replies on my emails from 7 Reels, never recvd any. smiley

    Am a newbie here, read some more in the meantime, understood representatives of many casinos are here also. If there is 1 representing winward / 7 reels, pse step forward in public, lets get into discussion in front of everybody reading.
    My goal is not to get my honest winning , but to warn other players for their practice.

    I am also curious abt the opinion of LCB  concerning this Winward group of casinos.
    Just like that, based on earlier experiences.
    After that, and if LCB wants, I am always prepared to send LCB everything I have.
    To my opinion these guys have to be blackllisted on each and every casino forum, they are on a lot of blacklists of a number of forums, forumnames I am not allowed to mention if I understood the rules right.
    As said before, just google, type out winward casinos blacklisted and see for yourselves

    in my previous post I explained that you can contact their representative. You said you are not interested.

    So im not sure what do you expect us to do now? My opinion is still the same, you should contact the representative via i link i posted, or alternatively we can do it on your behalf.

    As far as I understood from member luckiestgambler he asked you, LCB, about an opinion from you, not from me, about the WINWARD group of casinos.
    I just wrote that I am curious too, LCB opinion abt. the WINWARD group.

    About contacting their repr. overhere, as said before, why would I ??
    Am not interested to get my honest winnings from them anymore, just to warn others not to play there with real money.
    Why do you ask me a question and not giving luckiestgambker your opinion?

    If you do not want to do that then it is your right, but then you really do not have an argument to warn anyone or to ask from LCB to blacklist them.

    We are here to help any player having problems with any casino, but you keep saying you dont want help , so Im afraid there is nothing else we can do for you.

    Maybe its hard for you to understand , it seems so, that gamblers  just want to warn other gamblers for roque casinos, but again and again, my posting was not mentioned to get my winnings. I did not request you to contact this WINWARD group, I did not ask for a repr. to solve.
    Whenever ever the repr. of this WINWARD CASINO GROUP OF CASINOS wants details,come forward in public, at the site, and we keep it in public.

    What am I now to take your word for it that they should be blacklisted just because you said so? With no facts, no arguments, having in mind that you refuse to contact their Representative or have us contact them on your behalf?

    Im afraid that is not how things work.

    Please contact their representative to resolve your issue or private message your complaint details to me.

    No hidden secrets, no solving things with a repr  somewhere in the dark.
    We give the repr. of the WINWARD GROUP every poss. to react.
    And you will publish it, from both sides and give your opinion later, as you dont want to give your opinion up till now, and requested by a member not being me.

  • Binthuys8888 I gave you my opinion which is also an official LCB stand. Just because you dont like it or perhaps don't understand it, is really not my problem.

    So lets NOT make a deal. Im not here to indulge you, Im here to assist you if possible, which you are making almost impossible to do. You do not set the terms as to how we going to help you. You will either ask for our help or not. And then you will have to follow some basic rules.

    With that said, you can post a public complaint under Players Complaints. That board is specifically designed for that exact purpose, posting complaints.

    So as you can see your "lets make a deal and make things public" is nothing else than what we already had in place and what was already available to all members.

    And finally please do not post/derail this thread but rather start a new topic at the link I gave you.

    On your dutch page. Explained all.
    Would you mind to get into contact with your Dutch moderator, before you think i am playing dumb.
    Luckiestgambler is still waiting for your answer.
    And so am I plus a number of readers, viewers who did read my posting at Player Complaints. as you asked.

    Each and every time you refused help. I also have replied to your questions, gave you my opinion and yet again you continue to bring Luckiestgambler to this discussion even though they too said to follow my advice.

    I repeatedly asked you not to derail this topic, you neglected all my pleads , abused player complaints section and now continue in the same manner.

    I seriously doubt you have a valid complaint, coz if you did you would take upon my offer to help you with your complaint.

    If Im wrong and you actually do have something to complain about this group, the problem still remains which is that you do not understand the simplest procedure and neglecting all my invites to actually address the issue.

    Given that you neglected my warning and I honestly don't see that you will do what is asked of you in order to get help from us, Im suspending your posting privileges.

    However you can still email us with your complaint details by submitting message at Contact Us page.

Zuga also asked if you wish them to call Winward on your behalf. My suggestion is that you take Zuga's advise. Thank you for warning us and hope that this could be settled.

    Why not try to get paid? All you want to keep saying is they are bad.  Well DUH, go do a little research and you will find they are a horrible group.  They already have a bad reputation. 

    I am with the other comments that their is something wrong with this complaint. 

  • I read the whole topic and i find it very annoying how he respons to Zuga. everytime he repeats the same questions and what not. It's like playing Candy Crush and stuck at the same level for 20 times, that annoying is he!
