I took this bonus on Faustbet.com and was given the 3$ and I also activated it through my bonus section, the 3$ is there under my bonus funds. Problem is I can't use it, doesn't matter what slot I enter, my account balance in the game reads 00.00 and leaves me unable to play and spin at all. I only have access through the mobile version and can only contact support through email. It's slow and I'm getting nowhere with them. To the point that they told me to contact live chat. My user id is- 64587165 with my email [email protected] that bonus finally entered into a game with me randomly, I was poking around the casino lobby when Legend Of Loki randomly loaded up, and with the bonus funds. After trying countless slots over the course of a couple days, I just played the bonus with that one game, which I mite add, didn't net me a win that wasn't more than a few cents. I'm very disappointed, I would never have chosen a game to use the small amount of 3$, I would have tried to make it last as long as possible . Instead I waz stuck with that game, and lost fast, after hours spent with customer support and getting nowhere, entering many many different slots without being able to even play them because of this issue, Every game I tried, my balance said zero, then out of nowhere I'm forced to play one game, out of frustration alone I was afraid if I tried to exit the game I'd be back to square one again, bonus funds shown in my account but I wasn't able to use any of it. Yes I managed to use it on somewhat of my choice of game, Microgaming slots wouldn't let me play with the bonus money, but I was able to choose another game I enjoyed, thank you for hearing me out and doing what you did to make things right, much appreciated.
