  • Goat Spins Casino is the new kid/casino on the block and it is obvious merely dealing with this J.V.-type casino.

    I requested to permanently close my account and was told my support to email [email protected]

    I did.

    Before I received the casino's reply, I recalled that my last deposit was a clean deposit and I was owed $90, so I attempted to log back in, but I couldn't.

    Support told me for my account to be closed, I had to reach to [email protected], yet my account was locked out anyways.

    All the other casinos this casino group Mr.O, Eternal Slots, and now GoatSpins, is trying to imitate, THEY all confirm in an email if a player is really intent on permanently closing their account prior to deactivating.

    This knock-off of a casino KNEW that I was entitled to a cashback, but chose to lock me out of my account.

    A player's email account may have been compromised, so how is a casino going to be so quick to close a player's account based off of a single email without confirming the player's identity?

    I made two deposits with this casino, and during the course of my login and play, I noticed how the game would lag when playing blackjack, despite my laptop device being connected to my internet via wired, not wireless.

    Every time that would happen, of course the dealer would beat the brakes out of my hands.

    I'm not a rookie; I peeped that s*** and logged off.

    Logged back on; noticed it happen again. Nada

    ALL CASINO's are capable of interjecting when a player is engaged into any game. That's how games that are "stuck" are capable of being frozen.

    The email reply that closed my account was signed MrOTeam or something to that effect.

     I and an account with Mr.O Casino. I closed that account a long time ago. I don't appreciate nor should any representative from that casino be interfering in this matter.

    I am happy to report that Goat Spins Casino and I have reached an amicable resolution to my complaint. I kindly ask that the matter be closed. It was a win-win outcome and one that I honestly feel was the best possible result and it has now come to fruition.

  • Actually, the casino pulled a fast one on me. The casino had stated in an email that it was making an exception and re-enabling my account and after I played my cashback amount, I could then decide to keep my account active or request to have my account closed.

    After I requested to be issued my 100 free spins that's the monthly incentive that states guaranteed on the casino's webpage for its VIP Program, since it is a new month and I had yet to redeem or be issued those 100 guaranteed spins, I emailed support regarding this matter because the live agent in the support chat feature mislead me and provided me with incorrect information that completely sabotaged my gameplay.

    The reason why those spins were denied, not awarded, is because the casino has yet to activate that portion of their VIP loyalty program.

    Then why the f*** do you have it posted on your website that as a G.O.A.T. member, you are guaranteed 100 free spins as an incentive to play?

    Or is it as an incentive to steal for the casino?

    That was yesterday.

  • So since Goat Spins Casino wants to *** on me, well, here we go:

    1.) Do not reach out to support via chat at Mr.O Casino, Eternal Slots Casino, or Goat Spins Casino. Their support is trained to mislead or omit information to players. Instead of providing the right information or at least steering the player in the right direction, support will be as vague as possible with its response such as awarding spins or Cashback but not providing terms like PLAYTHROUGH REQUIREMENT max bet and/or allowable games in the hopes that a player does something that ultimately would void winnings.

    2.) Goat Spins VIP program is a scam/sham. Their website states 100 Free Spins guaranteed monthly. The only guarantee is to log off disappointed. That amenity has yet to be launched, code for never.

    3.) Eternal Slots loyalty program is like bursting open a pinata only to find out it is full of ginger candy. It is non-existent. Play somewhere where if you lose, theres a chance you'll be able to use an LCB code for a free chip or spins. Note how Eternal Slots doesn't have any LCB codes because the casino is cheap.

    4.) Be wary of Mr.O and how the casino will "love bomb" you. The casino is known to change its coupons, Cashback requirements without warning. A coupon that was valid for all games will now become slots only. Cashback is for slots only play. Why? If it is Cashback, a player should be allowed to play which ever game.

    5.) Gameplay/slot play on all three sites is known to lag, glitch, or all of a sudden, state that a player is being logged off due to inactivity. Once that occurs, be prepared to not win anything except a headache.

    6.) All three casinos intentionally award free spins on the games that have the highest payout possible simply so the RNG is diluted. Also, theres usually a cap on the max payout on those free spins, hence you may hit the jackpot, but upon checkout, heres a $100. Thanks for playing. 

    7.) If you try to permanently delete your account, the casino will ignore your email so you can maybe deposit more money. This happened to my friend. It took his account 3 days after he emailed his request and down another $500. The casinos and their support via email are like cats. Your email is a simple issue, lightning fast response. A more complicated matter like a cryptocurrency deposit not being credited, slow as snails to response.

    All in all, these casinos are not licensed by any governing body. Play at your own peril. Stick to the legacy casinos such as Brango and Extreme. These new kids on the block are simply amateurs that get around in tricycles. They pretend to be reputable casinos, but in reality, are masquerading as Ponzi schemes.
