    They have probably quoted the 10mbtc max withdrawal from their terms on the evidence provided.

    Please note that my bonus used was an exclusive bonus and it was a non cashable bonus.

    All laws state that non cashable bonuses are removed from your balance upon cashout which was done in my case and the balance can be withdrawn and this casino has a max cashout rule of 5 x bonus amount.

    I stand by my case that exclusive bonuses should comply with the terms within the bonus.  Both bonus max cashouts were not correct.

    Please take note of the max cashout on 3 different bonuses at this casino not subject to the 10mbtc withdrawal as these are all exclusive.

  • Please note that I am not arguing with the moderators here but merely trying to clarify this matter correctly as I have read many times in this forum about sticky vs cashable bonuses and upon deducting the original bonus amount the full balance transferred to your cash balance becomes withdrawable.

    That's correct, exclusive sign up offer has different max cashout limit. We have contacted the casino and they claim that the bonus you claimed wasn't our exclusive offer. We've asked them to provide us with the evidence.

    The bonus I claimed was an exclusive offer from a different site and clearly from the details disclosed within the bonus, you can see that the max cashout on that specific exclusive bonus was 5 x bonus amount.

    The second bonus was also a sticky bonus with 5 x max cashout.The bonus was 26mbtc and max cashout should have been 130mbtc.

    Herewith attached again for your attention.

    The casino will give excuses but here is the evidence in question.As you can see that the bonus max cashout had only been limited to 5 x bonus amount and upon withdrawal the sticky bonus is deducted and whatever is transferred to your cash balance becomes withdrawable.

    Just to clarify, the issues in question is the bonus taken upon signup was a sticky bonus and the full amount was not paid. Crypto thrills made a payment but not as per the terms of the exclusive bonus taken.

    The second bonus was given based on my post earlier in this thread whereby Sydney had advised that the bonus was credited to my account, this bonus was 26 mbtc and again this was a sticky non redeemable bonus with a max cashout of 5 x bonus amount and wagering of 40x.

    These bonuses were exclusive bonuses and not subject to the general bonuses with a 60 x wagering etc.

    By paying out the cashout although incorrectly I believe that I am entitled to the difference of what was paid and what should have been paid based on the exclusive bonus taken.

    I had asked for my correct winnings to be paid initially and was credited with a 26mbtc bonus which was wagered and had a 5 x bonus max cashout.

    Multiple bonus rule etc should not apply here as the two cashouts in question was a 1st exclusive bonus and the next was a another exclusive bonus given based on my initial post.

  • Just wanted to show that the system automatically deducted the bonus and the withdrawable amount was transferred to my cash balance.

    This was the case for this bonus as well as the 92mbtc that should have been paid out on my second withdrawal.

    I am very grateful for this forum but I wish we could do more to protect the online gambling industry and to promote fairness within the industry.

    Crypto thrills is clearly trying to avoid to pay players.  These type of casinos enjoy it when players deposit and lose but find every excuse not to pay.

    The bonuses/coupons used were exclusive and it's clear what amounts should have been paid out but this casino is just trying to avoid fulfilling their obligation.

    I am truly sorry for bothering you but I wish this can be resolved soon.

    LCB also has an exclusive bonus with this casino as per the screenshot but the live chat agents clearly do not understand the rules on an exclusive bonus.

    As per their chat all bonuses irrespective of whether its exclusive or not has a max cashout of 10mbtc which is so wrong.

    How is this casino still operating like this.

    I know that this service is free of charge but is there any way I can pay someone to look into my query with more urgency or is there a forum that accepts payment and deals with the matter in a quicker manner?

    The evidence in front of us is very clear and I was told initially in this post by a LCB moderator that I was paid based on their terms but it is clearly not the case.

    Desheen59, we have had a look at your withdrawal queries and can confirm that the amounts processed are correct as per the Casino’s Terms and Conditions which you have agreed to.

    With regards to your first withdrawal:

    You won 4.14mBTC (on a free bonus) which you played up to 21.44mBTC, you thereafter went on to complete a withdrawal, at which point the system prompted you to forfeit the bonus amount of 4.14mBTC in order to complete a withdrawal of 17.30mBTC. From the 17.30mBTC the most you can receive is 10mBTC (as per the Casino’s Terms and Conditions) I do see that this amount has been paid to you and it is correct.

    With Regards to your second withdrawal:

    You made a deposit which is required ( as per the Casino’s Terms and Conditions) to be paid for the First withdrawal which was won of a set of free spins as stated above, You did not claim a match bonus on the deposit made and had already played the deposit down to a nil balance, You then contacted my Support Team asking for a match bonus, This was explained on chat why a match bonus cannot be credited at that point, however as a goodwill gesture my Support Team had credited a Free Bonus of 26mBTC to your account, which was then played to a balance of 102mBTC and withdrawn,

    Plus you are forgetting point number 5 in your own terms which is included here:

  • Ok there seems to be serious confusion as to which rule s/b applied to which bonus.

    Accoridng to both the OP and the Rep, two bonuses were claimed/given.

    If the 1st claimed bonus were free spins then rule 5 from TC should be applied ( ie max cahsout of 5 x the value of FS )

    For any discretionary/free bonus given by the casino , which seems to be the case for the 2nd bonus credited, the rule 4 should be applied. ( ie max cash out up to 10mtbc )

    I would also advise this casino to update related T&Cs, as its obviously that rules 4 and 5 can be easily misinterpreted and it is whats causing all the confusion. These two rules colide IMO.

    Mind, any exclusive bonuses, or specific bonus rules, always supersede general bonus T&Cs, unless the bonus itself is referring to the general TC.

    If im missing something here let me know.

    I totally agree with you with regards to the first exclusive free spins bonus whereby the exclusive bonus should have been subject to the 5x bonus max cashout as stated within the actual bonus.

    The second bonus was credited by management after I queried the match bonus issue. The bonus terms are clear that bonuses are severable from one another and the second bonus should have been paid in full as that was a specific management bonus with specific terms attached for both wagering and cashout.

    Also the non redeemable bonus terms within this casino lobby is as follows:

    That is my main point, and if all the info that is posted here is correct, then it is my firm understanding that 5x max rule should be applied for this bonus and you should be paid the difference.

    Im not with you on this one. The problem with this statement is that you were not eligible for the match bonus. Deposit that you made is part of standard casino practice when it comes to withdrawals made off of a free bonus. Thus you cant claim match bonus, esp not after spending the deposit.

    What you got instead, and what the Rep confirmed in his post, is  what I call goodwill "free bonus" , which they ( casino ) call discretionary bonus. And that bonus per their TC has max cashout of 10mbtc. To me this is clear and you have no case when it comes to this 2nd bonus.

  • I was always of the opinion that specific bonuses are subject to the terms within the bonus unless the bonus itself makes reference to the general terms.

    Even the 26mbtc second bonus that was credited to my account had a 5 x max cashout multiplier upon clicking into the bonus with a 40 x wagering instead of 60x.

    Bonus offers at the applied have a 10mbtc max unless applied differently by management as per their terms. The 2nd bonus had different bonus terms within the coupon but I am not going to disagree with you as you are more experienced with this.

    Is it possible for you to contact the rep directly to see if they can credit the difference in the 1st bonus or not so we can resolve this matter?

  • I have nothing really more to add regarding both bonuses, unless some additional info surfaces that would be against your claim. So far I dont see any reason for them to not pay the difference owed from the 1st free bonus.

    I also think you should be content with the fact that you were granted the 2nd bonus, knowing you werent eligible in the first place. You got something extra when you shouldnt have got anything. Plus, that rule about discretionary bonus is clear. So thats that IMHO.

    As you know we have been in direct touch with them ever since you posted your complaint. 6 pages of this topic can attest to it. The ball is in their court, but I wouldn't expect any resolution until the weekend is over/early to mid next week.

    With that said we dont plan on keeping this complaint open indefinitely, and we will push for final resolution next week. Once we have their final decision we will post the update.

  • kudos to LCB and the casino representative for doing the right thing. Every casino that is willing to reconsider their initial position and revisit their own terms has a big plus in my book. We can argue this could have been sorted earlier but the outcome is that matters.

    I have managed to get in touch with management at MGA "Malta Gaming Authority" and they have made it clear that the non redeemable sticky bonus that was given to me as a "loyalty" cash bonus with wagering did not restrict me to the 10mbtc max withdrawal.

    The bonus itself showed the wagering requirement. 26 mbtc was given with a 40 x wagering and a 5 x max cashout.

    You can ask them for my account history and you will see that the sticky bonus was deducted upon withdrawal and the system automatically transferred the max I was able to withdraw after wagering to my cash balance.

    Cash balance is "cash".This balance is withdrawable and only transferred by the system based on the bonus rules.

    This casino terms are a mess!

    They state loyalty bonus max withdrawals are based on tier levels and later state  a 10mbtc max. Its total contradictions and they try to get away from paying by limiting everyone to the 10mbtc max which is clearly for general bonus and not for specific bonuses with specific terms.

    When clicking in the bonus you can clearly see the terms. After wagering that amount is transferred  to your cash balance based on the max withdrawal on that bonus.

    I still want my 92mbtc from my second bonus as I am now certain that I am entitled to it.

    The non redeemable bonus terms are clear.

  • First you claimed it was a match bonus and now that its loyalty.

    Its none of those. It was discretionary bonus . 

    You were not eligible to get any bonus but U got "something for nothing" in terms of discretionary freebie. that is it.

    their TCs are lil bit messy and per our advice they are looking into fixing them.

    I would also be curious to see MGA's exact response to your exact inquiry.

    Thank you for taking the time to respond.

    As you can see from the above post,I had enquired about my winnings and not a bonus which they added and I had to wager it 40x to withdraw.

    All I wanted was my 7mbtc which I have now received thanks to your explanation and clarity.

    The second bonus was added of which I was entitled as I signed up through an affiliate site. I had made a withdrawal,deposited after that and had a free spins code via that affiliate which I could have applied to receive a bonus.

    I also have exclusive codes emailed to me by Cryptothrills which could have been applied to my account and would have been entitled to the 5x bonus max.

    The casino chose to credit my account with 26mbtc and within the bonus itself it showed max withdrawal of 5 x bonus which was transferred to my balance after wagering.

    NOTE: I could have entered a promo code straight after my deposit had they paid the correct amount of 17mbtc at first.

    My initial post was not about a bonus but the winnings that were not paid correctly.

    Plus they blocked my account and stole my tournament winnings after telling LCB that this would be credited to my acc.

    I would have been entitled to receive a free spins offer with a x5 max cashout and this bonus that was added was not done just in good faith.To meet wagering requirements is difficult and I wasted loads of time wagering that bonus.

    I feel that I am entitled to the winnings if you could just get specifics of the actual bonus that was added as it clearly had a x5 max cashout.

  • I have to admit that what you are saying now is confusing me greatly. You keep bringing different information that contradicts what you previously claimed. 

    I thought it was determined that you got two type of free bonuses. One for which u got underpaid and after our intervention you got paid the difference. The 2nd bonus that you got after making a deposit ( deposit which was verification deposit for the purpose of getting the winnings from that free bonus ).  And that deposit did not qualify you for a match bonus that you asked for. Instead you were given discretionary bonus, as an act of casino goodwill.

    It is my understanding that it wasn't loyalty bonus you got, but free discretionary non cashable bonus. Thus bonus itself gets deducted, and you can cash-out winnings of up to 10btc per their terms.

    I had initially posted on this forum as per my initial post that I was not paid the correct amount on my first bonus and instead of paying the difference at the time,this casino added a bonus of 26mbtc to my account which I had to wager.

    Had the difference been paid as requested,I was entitled to further free spins but because they credited the bonus instead of paying out,I could not claim a subsequent free spin offer.

    After paying in a verification deposit,I was entitled to a further bonus as it was in between my 1st bonus and the subsequent bonus.

    I was entitled to an offer of free spins not a match bonus. The free spins would have entitled me to a max cashout of x5.

    The bonus added instead of paying me the correct amount in the 1st place put me backwards as I posted here to get the balance of my 17mbtc but they added a bonus which took ages to wager and I thought that this bonus was subject to the bonus terms in the coupon.

    Even if they had not credited a bonus,I was still entitled to claim a subsequent free spin offer with a x5 max cashout.

    Please refer to my original post and check the subsequent responses.

    If you look at the thread,my account was also blocked and my tournament winnings were also not given which would have entitled me to further free spins.

    Kindly also take note of the non redeemable bonus term here:

    ALL WININGS FROM NON CASHABLE BONUS is withdrawable.

    Had this been a non sticky bonus and the bonus terms were general within the bonus,I wouod understand the 10mbtc max but this is not correct in this matter.

    No actually in your initial post you only said that you havent got paid the correct amount on an exclusive free bonus. Later on you said you were given additional bonus once you inquired about match bonus ( after verification deposit was made ).

    How do you figure that you would be allowed to claim or are entitle to two subsequent free bonuses in a row , without making deposit in between that was bonus free ( ie not a verificaiton deposit )?

    I just wanted to thank you once again for taking the time to respond here and I just want to point out that I am by no means questioning your vast knowledge on this topic however:

    Herewith points of significance which I would like to bring forth:

    1) I won with a free spins bonus with a 5 x bonus max cashout, the incorrect amount was paid but has now been rectified.

    2) I made a deposit post my free spins winnings and was eligible to receive another free spins offer after my deposit irrespective of whether it was a verification deposit or not as an offer was received via email and a deposit made between bonuses would have entitled me to the winnings. That free spins offer had a x5 max cashout.

    3) Instead of paying me the correct amount,they credited my account with this free bonus which clearly stated within the bonus that it had a max cashout of x5 bonus amount but the bonus itself was non cashable. That bonus amount was deducted and the maximum amount was transferred to my cash balance.

    4) Their casino terms are clear in which they state each promotional term is severable and you can see on the LCB review page of this casino that the general bonuses on offer by this casino is cashable.

    5) The general bonuses are cashable however upon clicking into the 26mbtc that was offered,it clearly had a question mark when clicked upon took me to the non redeemable screen as shown as per screenshot on this thread.  

    6) Its clear that this non redeemable bonus made no reference to the general bonus terms and it reads as follows: ALL WINNINGS FROM THIS BONUS IS WITHDRAWABLE AFTER WAGERING IS MET AND AFTER DEDUCTING THE INITIAL BONUS. Take note of "ALL WINNINGS".

    7) We both agreed that specific bonuses term prevail over general bonuses.This was a non cashable bonus with a different wagering requirement of x40 when standard bonus wagering is x60. The system correctly deducted the bonus amount and transferred the correct amount to my cash balance. 

    8) As promotional terms are severable and the non redeemable bonus screen is clear stating that all winnings may be withdrawn after wagering. Standard bonuses are cashable. The bonus itself showed a max cashout of x5 the bonus given.

    9) The casino rep can send screenshots of the bonuses taken from the promos they have to offer and it will show you the max cashouts on each bonus is always correctly deducted by the system. If the max cashout was 10mbtc that balance would have been transferred to my cash balance.

    10) I had not said that this casino is licensed with Malta,however just asked them for advice on this matter without mentioning any names and got feedback as stated above. I will send you a pm on that.

  • You are not correct and you have no claim. Ive already addressed everyhting , and your last post is just play on repeat.

    You haven't provided any supporting evidence that would entitle you to two free bonuses in a row. You changed your story from claiming that you got the match bonus, to loyalty bonus, and now that you were eligible to get two free bonuses in a row regardless of verification deposit. Sorry your story simply don't stick and you have no ground in any of those scenarios. And not only that it doesnt sitck but everyone knows that you cant claim two bonuses in a row without making deposit that was bonus free. 

    Its obvious you are trying to find a loophole and use LCB to pressure them into getting you paid something you are simply not entitled to.

    You have already tried to mislead us a few times, by changing your story.  You know what you are doing and I know damn well what you are trying to do.  And I dont appreciate it one bit.

    You brought up MGA in order to "prove your case" , but it makes absolutely no sense to contact the licensor that has no relevance in this case. 

    Ive already asked you to provide me with MGAa original reply, and ill give you another chance to do so. Not because I would take it into consideration when it comes to this case, but only because I want to make sure what you wrote is indeed true.

    Im closing this topic now and no further replies will be allowed. If you are not happy with the resolution be free to seek help eslewhere.
