    Well I guess you are not the only one with withdrawal issue there fredos, sadly enough. Casino support is poor and I am glad I am not able to play there otherwise I would have the same issue. Let's see what they are going to do about this.

    Thanks for letting us know. As I already said we don't have this brand listed on our site. We'll try our best to get in touch with them and bring this issue to their attention. We send them an email regarding the previous compalint, but still not a workd from them. Thanks for private message me your casino username, we'll forward it to the casino.

Unfortunately, we are currently overloaded with support tickets because we have a small team and have to profile ourselves before we get more support agents.
