    I have 3 withdrawal requests from Posh casino. They are as follows:

    Player name Davidh728

    1--amount $1,400. Request #3930921 dated 12/18/2020    Approved on 1/5/2021

    2--amount  $602  Request # 3969525. Dated 1/2/2021   Approved 1/25/2021

    3--amount  $781 approved 2/15/2021

    The total amount approved by posh totals $2,522.  I have contacted them at least a dozen or more times in an attempt to receive my winnings. It is almost 3 months since I won the first amount. This obviously is much greater than their posted T/C's notes. 
    At first, I was told that payments would be sent the following week (this was in mid-January).  When that date passed, I was told the same story week after week. 
    Most recently I was advised that it would be another 4 or more weeks for payments to be sent (this was their message to me on Feb 9th).  

    I have requested bitcoin as the payment method for all 3 so additional delays from wire transfers or checks isn't an issue. I really am very frustrated that they will not pay what they have already approved. 

    in the interest of being courteous I will not include the variety of emotions I feel from all of the delay tactics and excuses they have offered me. When recently asked again today when I might receive payment, their Customer Service responded with a single word "Soon".  When asked to define and expand further on the word soon, the response was " sometime soon".

    Please help me with a dialog with Posh Casino on these payments  I'm at my wits end with their excuses and continual delays

  • I have dealt with Sunrise Slots ( I believe they are affiliated closely with Posh) and although it can take up to 6 weeks to actually get my payout they always pay. I have cashed in on over $5000 in payouts over the last few months from Sunrise Slots.  I'm curious if you're dealing with Posh under the name Posh? Posh has been in the @email address of the person Ive recently connected with while impatiently dealing with my Sunrise withdrawals. I thought maybe they were one in the same.  Either way, I hope that your payout is successful and that it gets resolved quickly :)

    I agree with you in that I believe Posh and Sunrise are very closely related. I have noticed that during recent chat sessions, the person on the other end has been from Sunrise.  So if they are sharing customer service resources then most likely they are one in the same. 

    Posh has always paid out in the past (even though it has always been slow), however I've never had to wait 3 months. That's just an unreasonable amount of time. 

    In addition to the payout concerns, Posh just blocked my ability to use their "no playthrough" bonuses. These have always been available for players at Posh. They usually came with a 425% deposit bonus which provided a nice chunk of money to play with. When I inquired about why I couldn't use this anymore I was told that I was too far ahead of the casino and obviously I didn't need the help of a no playthrough bonus. Now my only options for bonuses require a 30x playthrough. 

    I believe that Sunrise and Posh both have similar bonuses and promotions. Maybe I'd benefit by taking a look at sunrise.

  • No Dave don't do it Posh and Sunrise are one. It took me almost 4 months to get a withdrawal along with their lying excuses blaming it on my bank. They literally would give me excuse after excuse until I did a 3 way call with Posh myself and my bank. Posh finally had to admit that no wire transfer had ever been initiated.Finally even after that conversation I waited another month.

    At this point, I'm just wondering if I will ever receive the 3 payouts. It feels like they are actually punishing me for winning at their casino. 

    During trying times like what we are currently experiencing during the pandemic, a payout would life changing (at least for a few days)!

  • Hang in there. I played in a casino where I won $300 and it took 4 months to pay out. I went on there live chat to only see there chat was down. I emailed them numerous times with no response. Then I contacted lcb and they contacted the casino and in no time I received my payout. Hang in there good luck!

    Im still waiting for my payout. As if last Friday, the Cust Svc rep on chat told me maybe next Friday. That's the same thing I've been told for 5 weeks now. 

    What a horrible way to do business and keep/attract customers.

    I see. It's not the only case. There have been several complaints regarding this brand where we couldn't help. We'll mark this case as Unresolved. In case there are any updates, please let us know and we'll mark this topic accordingly.

    I've been offline for awhile but wanted to check on your progress. It doesn't seem that you have received your payouts. 

    Ugh that is so frustrating! It has caught my attention that Sunrise (who used to be invite only) seems to be open to the public now. I wonder if that gives us a little more insight into the state of affairs at the "gaming site". I do hope that you receive your payout. I've mentioned numerous times to the folks at Sunrise that I think it's a silly business plan to not take advantage of the gambler mentality. Don't give me plenty of time to think about the bills I need to pay! Put that money in my hands while I'm feeling that winning rush and you'll probably get most of it back quickly ;)

    To be fair,I love the reps from Sunrise and personally have no complaints except for the delayed payouts. Keep us informed :)-Helen

    I'm still waiting. They refuse to give me a date or any idea of when this might happen. But they always include "Rest assured that you will receive your winnings"!  

    The reps are great at apologetics. They proclaim to understand how I feel about the inconvenience this has caused me. They portray my issue with payment to be a one time event. They told me they are working very hard to solve the delays with their payment processor and hope to have it fixed soon. 

    We all know this is just a line they use to keep everyone hopefully anticipating better times in the future. I don't know how much these reps make per hour but having to come up with excuses to cover for this lame-ass casino to hundreds of complaining players everyday is a job I don't envy. I really don't know how I could lie to every customer that rightfully wants to know why they aren't receiving their winnings. They couldn't pay me enough to take that job. 

    Maybe this week will be the lucky one. Fingers crossed (but not really holding much hope)!

    Most recent update....

    I finally was able to coerce the chat rep into confirming that the timeframe from the date your withdrawal is submitted to the time funds are sent to the payment processor is a minimum of 3 months. 

    They do however continue to blame the payment processor for their delays but since this has been going on for a very long time I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't have found an alternate processor that doesn't experience delays as such. It's more than likely that this casino experienced a period of time that their income was insufficient to keep up with their payouts and thus had to extend the waiting period (a few times) on withdrawal requests in order to use current and near-future revenue to cover past due and late payouts. This is a common business practice but makes it nearly impossible to return to the days of reasonable timeframes on withdrawals. 

    Oh, and I'm still waiting....next week will be the 3 month milestone so maybe........

  • Thanks for the update, Davidh728. 3 months is a very very long period and it should not happen. The payments should be instant or take up to 7 business days to process, especially when you want to withdraw to e-wallets or BTC. Please let us know as soon as your get your winnings.

    A quick update...

    I received part of my winnings yesterday. They still owe me the 2nd and 3rd withdrawals they approved back in late January/early February.  

    They are holding to the 3 month timeline right down to the day!  With that in mind, I can expect the other 2 payments within the next week or 10 days. 

    I guess they do actually make the payments but anyone playing there can count on a 90 day window to receive any winnings they may have. 

    Once I receive the last of the payments I'll update one last time to close out this experience.

    I wanted to bring closure to my Posh Casino payout issues. It has finally happened! Four months and 3 days and I can finally report that I have been paid in full from Posh. 

    This has been the marathon of payouts. I've never experienced the myriad of excuses and delay tactics anywhere like I've been exposed to at Posh. I literally could write a 5000 word essay describing all of their creative and effective means which they've used to avoid or delay my payout. 

    I think the worst component of it all is their position that this is the way it is going to be and that they are a "victim" just as I was, held hostage by lengthy delays at their payment processor. I don't need their sympathy or their claim that they are just as upset as I am over these delays. 

    I can't believe that their are people that actually believe their sad story. Wake up people and don't be duped by this casino (unless you don't mind waiting 4 months to receive your winnings).  Because I can attest to these facts as I experienced them first hand. 

    Oh well, it's over now. I received my payout that I really believed in the back of my mind would never arrive. 

    Thanks for allowing me to vent on your platform. You guys do amazing work!

  • This is Deadeye39 and I'm also having problems with posh casino I left them because of all the bull and my VIP host kept calling me and wanting me to come back and so I do make some deposit and now I have been waiting for over 3 month on a withdraw of $2500 would of been 5000 but I was tired of waiting and lost my 2500 due to my stupidity and there delayed tactics.

  • So received a phone call from poshcasino my VIP host Debby Fisher a week ago on the 13th and she said that my payment was processed and would take some business days for the processor to get to my bank account it's been over a week and I don't remember it taking that long once the processor sends it out.     We're going to mark this case as Unresolved as we still haven't heard from them and you still haven't got your winnings. It takes soo long and it's crazy to wait for your withdrawal for weeks or months. 

  • Yea it's beyond crazy when there calling you frequently to make deposits but when they owe money they differ all about you 

  • Yeah, I had about 12 withdrawals with Posh, and they are now taking a almost a YEAR to pay me. To be fair, they have paid, but yes, it's now pushing a year on my withdrawals. I think they're mad because I won more than I put in by far.

It's been 5 months now and every time I go to chat it's the same answers- "you have to wait" I was told my wire was approved and would be wired very soon!     Love and appreciate all the work you all do. I’ve had a serious withdrawal issue with “Posh Casino”. It’s been over 4wks since my withdrawal was approved and it still has not arrived. On top of that, they locked my account. After several emails were unresponsive I am going to threaten legal action and then pray . There phone number appears to be a fake toll free number as I called many times, on several different days and there was nothing but music for 5+ minutes My username for the casino is Fimdingo.
