CLOSED: quesino casino

Somebody know what's going on on Quesino casino? I tried to log in but two days ago the casino not load in.
I tried to speak with the support but no answer came.

A casino that closes its doors without warning registered players, is not serious.

Today morning they paid back my 20€ deposit only, They owe me 84 euro. Can you ask them to pay me the whole amount?

I got another e-mail :

We are honoring our clients deposits. Latest casino bonuses admin has nothing to do with this company or can he impose anything to us.

We are among the few casinos that are returning everyone's deposits back, even though it is bankrupt. If there was extra capital to pay you winnings we would not shut down the casino in the first place.

We've sent them another email regarding your winnings. Let's wait and see if they'll reply to us...

what a smart ass reply you got there .... 

Sadly when it comes to bankrupcy there is really not much can be done  but at least they are trying to refund everyone.

Still not cool how all this ended and how it is being handled...

We chatted with the casino again and they informed us that they can return only deposits without winnings. They could have sorted it differently, but at least you're going to get your deposits back. Unfortunately, there's nothing further we can do to help you with this matter.
