Hello, I have registered with Qassino Casino but have not received my winnings of €3000.
I played at the casino without bonus money and did not violate any rules.
When I was verified and wanted to withdraw my winnings, there were problems with the casino because I deposited with a credit card, which unfortunately I could not withdraw to. Unfortunately, my credit card did not accept deposits.
I was able to withdraw a total of €100, which was processed by my credit card, but everything else was then declined. So 2900€ are still on my balance.
So I contacted the casino and asked for an alternative. After a long back and forth, the casino agreed that I could also use crypto as a withdrawal method.
So I requested my next withdrawal via crypto, which has now remained unprocessed for 10 days.
The statement from the casino was that the payment provider had informed the casino that I had allegedly initiated a chargeback of my deposits.
Since this is absolutely not true, I have written to my credit card provider and received an official statement that I have not initiated a chargeback of my deposits and have also attached a transaction list to the casino showing that no chargeback has been made.
It is therefore clearly evident and proven that I never made a chargeback of my deposits.
The casino told me on Friday that it had submitted the evidence to the payment provider and contacted me again when there is an update. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything since then. The live chat no longer responds to me and the casino has not responded to several requests for an update.
I have also opened a complaint with AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, so far without success.
Before I want you to contact the Casino, I would be grateful for some advice on whether I should wait and see or whether I really need to worry about not receiving my winnings.
I have not done anything illegal, have always been friendly and cooperative with the casino and have provided all requested documents directly.
However, I am now concerned that I am no longer receiving a reply from the live chat, that the casino is no longer responding to my e-mails and that my complaint to AskGamblers and CasinoGuru has had no effect.
Perhaps you have some tips for me on how to deal with this situation.
I just want to receive my winnings.
