PROBLEMS AT BET FRED . BEEN LOGGED OUT OR SESSION RE STARTS

  Bet Fred casino was a place a played in everyday for a long time but a stopped because there was weird things happing, like a would log-in start playing, sometimes a would notice that the slot was well behaving in a unusual manner and  really rob you . Well what a was soon to realise was a was logged out,, and a hadn't done so a was playing the slot then the slot would crash display server error and another thing that troubled me would be in there games room when a was winning all of a sudden the slot would vanish and a message would read YOUR SESSION HAS TIMED OUT. So you need to restart the slot and lets be honest the winning streaks been broke when you do that, I would complain but got told it was my cache infact every fault that I experienced at bet Fred's webpage
was not there fault it was always mine and according to Fred these weird going INS of a ghostly nature  only happen to me soul me, so a stopped playing there, Been playing at William Hill, Next, paddy power,Gossips ,drake netbet , casino heroes winaday and slotland. Well you wont believe me but not once have I  had that problem not once, So last night a decided a go to Fred's man o man same thing not played there really in months am getting battered by the slot lose lose
went to go to the cashier but a couldn't as THERE WEBPAGE INFORMED ME A WAS NOT LOGGED IN THEN THE SLOT CRASHED WITH MESSAGE SERVER ERROR, Well am not a detective but theirs a problem here as this only happens to me when a play there, a have files of screenshots live chat and my complaints that date back to 2013 and there still saying its my cache BOLLOCKS they requested screenshots but would say they were not clear enough and wormed out of refunding my money, Last night a requested a refund as there was a fault a showed them it and under there own terms and conditions AS STATED ON THERE WEB PAGE ANY FAULTS MAKE ALL BETS VOID, so to be honest we are talking about 60 times this has happen so that's a right bit of my cash they have took while am logged out, Could some one please help me take the matter further and if you or anybody have also had this happen please tell me about it a would like to hear from yous,  THANKS stay safe { and logged in}
