RESOLVED: Prince Ali are not paying

Won 4000€ at prince ali casino. Account verification was quick, took couple days. I made 2 seperate withdraw both 2000€. First time i made at 14.09, they was cancelled with no reason. I made new ones right away, they was also cancelled with no reason. Made again new ones at 18.09 and still waiting. Every day when i ask in chat i get that same answer, tomorrow it will be accepted. Every day its tomorrow.

Anybody else has exprience at this casino?

Took them three days to answer to my documents email.

I deposited with Skrill, withdrawing via Skrill and they wanted my bank details for no reason and said it's for paying withdrawals. Why, if I withdraw via Skrill.

Seems they don't accept letter from tax office or bank statements as proof of address. I've recently moved and that's all I have at the moment.

But reading these comments, I guess it doesnt matter if I get verified or not :)

Btw, I think they're a sister casino of Magical Spin. They even used Magical Spin in their email template text from verification.

Live and learn. Next time I'll do my homework a bit better.

Update. They accepted 2000€ withdraw and cancelled other, thats because limit is 2500€ at week. Let see does that 2000€ hit my bank account when. 

I made now another 2000€ withdraw and they told that it Will be accepted next week

I tried withdraw by skrill 2 times and then bank transfer.

We received an email from the casino regarding your case. 

They state that your first withdrawal did not work because of API modification in Skrill and that they had a lot of issues with this method, that's why they paid you via bank transfer.
They also confirmed that you asked for a second withdrawal and it would be paid soon. As per their Terms and Conditions, you can withdraw up to 2500 euros per week).
