  • Requested withdrawal on June 21st, approved on July 2nd, but still not processed.

Was told 7-10 for approval, another 7-10 days for processing, now being told 48 hours for "escalation". Will update if/when paid. Still holding out hope but these time periods have now passed.

  • Dear ryder11211,

Please note that we don't have this brand listed and that the representatives were not responsive to the complaints so far. Please keep us updated if/when you get paid and let us know if you need our further assistance.

    Thank you!

  • Dear ryder11211,

    Any updates?

  • Via chat they claim that it has "been escalated" and that it is in the hands of the finance team and will hopefully be processed soon.  We will see...

  • I'm also waiting on Posh. Documents approved and $100 withdrawal requested June 25th. Withdrawal approved July 4th. Each time I ask chat for status they request the BTC address and tell me it is being escalated and to wait 48-72 hours before asking again.

They claim that the payment processors are processing large quantities of payouts and it takes a while. Lol.

I will also update if I get further information or receive the funds.

  • Dear ryder11211 and Nicholas Kaiser,

Please keep updating us on the process. Fingers crossed that you both get your withdrawals soon. We are here if you need any further assistance.

  • Contacted chat for payment status. The response was:

"your case has already been escalated by one of my colleagues to the relevant team, they should review it within the next couple of days."

I asked what there was to review because the transaction has already been approved. They didn't have an update but it is already with the relevant team.

I will update when I know more.

  • Yeah, same story here. Have seen other posts where it took month(s) for a withdrawal but that it did happen.  Obviously, I am still hoping this is the case for us.  It is definitely helpful to have a forum like this where legitimate info can be shared about these places/practices.

If you are a moderator and involved in this industry, do you know why they would do this? Is it more profitable to delay and hope people just forget about their money (or decide to just put it back into play)? Or, do they not plan to pay? I had received payments from some of these sister sites in the past.  As a casino, wouldn't it be more profitable for them to keep people happy to coming back to their site?  Just curious if you have any knowledge or opinion...

    Anyhow, will update (hopefully!)...

  • Totally know what your going through. I'm still waiting on 2 payouts since June 17th. It really is frustrating and the 7-10 thing is a joke.

  • Question for MODS:

Since these sites are not licensed, is there anything/anywhere one can go to file a complaint that will have any repercussions?

My thought is that these sites use a gaming provider (realtime gaming?) to run their sites.  Is it possible to contact the provider and let them know they are supporting what looks on many levels to be a scam?  Surely, the provider cares that their product's reputation is not totally sullied, right?

Has anyone ever filed a succesfull lawsuit against any of these casinos?  I'm not saying this will be my route, just curious about any info/stories anyone has on the matter.

Today, I contacted Sunrise Slots, Slots of Vegas, Posh-casino.com and Silver Oak about withdrawals requested in late June. All offered to "escalate", a process which includes "Wait 48 Hours for escalation" then you can come back after nothing has happened and get a whole 'nother "escalation"!  I had received payments from 1-2 of these sites in the past (within a week or so), so I'm not sure why they paid then and not now.. Any info on the meaning of this strategy would also be appreciated (mostly just for my own edification).

  • Hello ryder11211,

Please note that we do not have this casino listed and that it is invite-only. There are many unresolved complaints on our forum with the same issue regarding Posh Casino, but they also remain nonresponsive. As far as we are aware the casino doesn't have a gaming license.

  • I received payments from slots of vegas and silver oak today. I may be wrong, but I think they are related to posh-casino and sunrise slots, the other two sites I am waiting on payouts from.  It's a start.... hopefully.

Best of luck to everyone waiting on payments.

  • Still waiting on on posh-casino.com (approved July 2nd) and sunriseslots.com (approved July 17th).  Both initiated in late June.  Hopeful, but cautious/wouldn't recommend at this point. Funny thing is, they do have the best bonuses with their no rules bonuses.  If they were only more reliable... Have asked both to be "escalated" but not sure if that actually does anything.

  • Dear ryder11211,

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, due to their unresponsiveness, there are many unresolved complaints regarding this casino. Please keep us posted if there is any progress.

    Thank you.

  • I am very glad to report that I received my payment from Posh!

I ended up emailing the documents address telling them the payout request was made June 25th, it was approved July 4th, they say 7-10 business days after approval. I'm over 20 business days since approval m when will they send the money?

Within minutes I got a response that they needed images of front and back of my license. I sent those as well as an image of the email saying that the document verification process was successfully completed June 25th. They replied that they reviewed my account and it was completed. ... At this time I also did the online verification linked from the withdrawal menu. I had previously been told email is the one that matters.

Last nights back and forth did not give me any indication of when I would be paid. When I followed up repeating the question I was told that the delay is with the payment processing company due to the extremely high volume of transactions sending people their winnings. If I had further questions I needed to contact live chat.

Today I started a new email thread to documents giving the relevant dates and asking if the funds could be pushed to my Bitcoin wallet. Within an hour I got an email that my request is on the escalation list to be sent and they would send me confirmation when they get it.

Approximately 20: minutes later Coinbase notified me $101 in Bitcoin was received.

I will avoid dealing with Posh going forward. Hopefully you can get your money.

  • Thanks for the reply.  I will try to copy your approach.

  • Still waiting on withdrawals from Sunrise Slots and Posh-slots.com... Both requests for WD made in June. Timing seems like shortly arfter Nick above, so I'm hopeful but this is really a ridiculous time wait.

  • Hello ryder11211,

Do you have any updates regarding your case?

  • Nope, they will always say "do you want us to escalate it again"? To which I say, "I have no idea if/what escalating does, but please do anything you can to get this paid".  I've seen other people who post here say that it's taken months, and of all the inclave partner sites, I have eventually gotten paid on each (and honestly, their no rules bonuses are so much better than other sites, that waiting in some cases has been worth it). Of course, once I don't get paid, that thought might change but I'e received money from 5-7 of them.  Still though, over 1.5 months which is where im at with Posh-slots and sunriseslots, just seems criminal on the face of it.

Thank you to all who have, or can, offer help!

  • Still waiting...

I have emailed Sunrise and they say "they apologize and will let me know when it is processed"

    Posh-casino.com only sends automatic replies.

  • Hello ryder11211,

    Any updates?

    Thank you.

  • I just received payments from both Posh-casino.com and sunrisecasino.com. So relieved! Took a long time and I spent a lot of time inquiring about it, but it came!

I wouldn't recommend getting yourself in this position with them, but if you are in it, there is hope!

From personal experience, I would stick to the instant payout spots if you are gonna trust anyone on the internet with your money. Of course, if you are playing with freebies, you cant lose anything but time.

  • Dear ryder11211,

So glad to hear that! smiley

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we're sure it's appreciated and means a lot to other LCB members as well. Especially since there are many complaints on the forum from players waiting for withdrawals from Posh Casino, and since they are not participating in resolving them, it's valuable to hear about someone’s experience! We will now mark this complaint as resolved.

    Good luck!

  • I used to play Posh, but they literally extracted $500 after getting my balance up to $1400. They were afraid it might go even higher I guess.
