  • Posh has not Paid out and I've waited over the time frame

    I won 1400.00 the 6th of May at Posh Casino. I have been playing there for a few years I've withdrawn from them before. I used the bonus fast payout through crypto. It's now the 8th of May and I have received nothing. I have tried to talk to people through chat and email. I've submitted my Bitcoin address twice. I've been told every time I talk to someone 24 to 48 hours so I check back and I get told the same thing. It has been approved it's been expedited twice I was told I would receive it either yesterday or today and I've heard nothing. This takes the joy and the fun out of winning or just playing in general. Especially when the bonus you used says it's a fast payout bonus and I keep getting offers to use that bonus again. This has been the slowest payout I have ever gone through in my entire time of playing with any site. I would greatly appreciate if they would please honor my payout. The casino has great bonuses It would be almost a perfect site if they would get their payouts done. Or not give you a date you will receive it and then it's not honored.

  • I spoke to a casino manager named Rina, she got a lot of my information, to have my payout wired into my account. This was Friday so I'm hoping it will come through today.   • I am currently under going the same issue with them, its been since april 19th for me, i keep getting the run around, resubmitted my documentes 3x they have approved them twice, then a few mins ago said open a suppor ticket in 20 mins, because they never got them, so i sent the reply they sent me for sending them, they ignored that in the chat and said bye
