CLOSED [Due to inactivity of submitter]: Posh casino

Hi,

I am writing in regards to Posh Casino. I have been waiting on payout since end of February 2022 and have been contacting them frequently for updates on where my payment is. My withdrawal of 2286 has been confirmed, approved & sent to their processor 14.6.22, after waiting months for that to happen & yet i still haven't received anything. I was asked to send in my bank statements from that date to now to show I haven't received the payment so I did that & still heard nothing other than told to wait. Please can I get some assistance regarding this matter as they are not listening to me & just giving me the same generic answers which are just excuses for delaying sending anything. I am most frustrated dealing with this casino & their continued issues. I would also like to state that my sister' has had the same issues with this casino, after several months received her payment, but not without great difficulty & the same excuses & delays. It doesn't take months to send payments & i have had plenty other casinos pay just fine & within 2 week period, this is unacceptable & no players are playing to be lucky enough to have a win then be expected to wait almost half year to receive what they fairly won.

Please be advised that Posh Casino is not listed on our website. However, we will do our best to reach out to them and resolve your withdrawal issue. We have solved some issues in the past. We have reached out to Posh Casino. Keep posted on this forum thread for any potential updates.

UPDATE: We haven't had any luck with establishing a contact with Posh Casino. But we will keep trying.
