  • Pokiesway.com has $3700 pending since 30th May 2019 and after email after email and none stop chat sessions I get the same answer from them. It's pending and it's being processed... 

    On there website they advise it's 24 hours then 3 days to check the wagering requirements since then it says pending.

    I'm not sure what to do from here as there access is very limited and chat always reply with the same thing for any question you have. Saying please contact support via email. Once you do so you don't hear back from anyone unless you bombard them with emails, in which they send one back saying it's being looked at.

    Please help someone as I'm frustrated  to hell  and have no idea what to do with these guys.

    We wouldn't know what that change would mean in your case. We've sent two emails Pokiesway.com and still haven't received a reply from them.

  • Pokiesway.com has $1000 pending since 16th May 2019 and after going to live chat time and time again I get the exact same reply and I've sent email after email and haven't got a reply at all they say we can't resolve via live chat send an email which I do I've sent heaps and no reply.

    They say the withdrawal time is 24 hours to 3 days and I've been waiting a month and a half I don't no what to do.

    Yesterday they sent an email advising the were having payment system problems and that they say it's been paid out to me... so I'm waiting today or tomorrow should show if they are telling the truth.

  • I said it before and I repeat: we are very lucky to belong to LCB that give us the necessary help to avoid being cheated, because I am sure that without their intervention the casinos would keep that money and not even notice our claims.

    We have received reply from Pokiesway.com regarding your complaints. This is what they replied to us:

    "If the player has any problem, let him ask himself because the info is protected. Also we received his emails and already answered due to his request."

    Unfortunately there's nothing more we can do to help you, since they don't want to disclose any information with us.

  • ive received a reply from support and they said it has been forwarded to payouts department so does this mean my status in my transactions will go from awaiting request to processed or something ? I can't believe you received your payout before me Mrgypo because I made the request on 16th May that's 14 days before yours so my payout has to be in my account any day now as I should of received mine before you ! This doesn't look good on pokiesway if they are trying to make a good name for themself but I'll be sure to keep you updated on if it goes in

  • So my request I made on the 16th of May is still awaiting, I'm starting to get frustrated because the guy whom made this post got his payout and he made it on the 30th that's 2 weeks after me and he received his payout and mines still pending

    We received a reply from Pokiesway.com on 26th June. I've already posted it previously and tried to send them another email. Unfortunately they don't want to share any info regarding the players' complaints with us.

    Please note that this casino is not listed on our site and there's nothing more we can do about it.
