I have been a verified player with playojo for 2 years now. Everytime I attempt to withdrawal I'm asked to verify my account with the same documents already previously verified..
On May 20th once again asked to verify, after having mu ID documents rejected that were approved a month prior finally after 24hours or more my account was once again verified. I proceeded with my withdrawl, the next day I received an email stating I could not withdrawal via etransfer , although this is the only way I ever deposit, but okay. So I withdrawal again to much better this time, within about 3 hours my withdrawl is processed.
On May 28th I attempted to withdrawal again, once again was asked to verify the same documents verified on may20th. After my ID and address are approved, I'm then asked to verified my debit card, I have never been able to deposit with this card so why I have to verify it when ita never been used for a deposit , not sure, but again okay.... It's finally approved on May 30th. I do my withdrawl theough much better as I wasn't able to withdrawal via etransfer. The next day get an email saying I can not withdrawl via much better and that I have to withdrawal via etransfer????? This makes zero sense to me.... But ya okay. So now today day 5 I still have not recieve my pending withdrawal. In 5 days I have recieved 3 return emails from customer support with the same auto generated message about how there working on my withdrawl. I can not get a real person on the live chat and the robot talks in circles. I have filed a formal complaint, the email I recieved was the same auto generated email I received twice prior, I sent another email asking for my complaint to be escalated to a Manger or supervisor, haven't heard back that was yesterday. And iv filed a complaint with resolver and heard nothing back. Please help me withdrawal my winnings... Thank you
