UNRESOLVED - Playmillion casino affiliate program scam!

Hi,

My name is **** and I am one of the most active casino/poker affiliates in Lithuania. I never had any problems with any affiliate programs except this one.

Starting November 2013 I was advertising Playmillion casino through playmillionpartners.com

It was quite strange how the affiliate manager (Haim Zofnat, the only person who works in the affiliate department, since no one else responds) offered a high CPA even though he did not have any requirements or anything, this seemed to be quite fishy. Straight away after getting in touch he offered a payment plan with a big CPA commission payment plan for every player who makes a deposit.

Due to the fact that Playmillion casino is quite known I decided to take a risk and promote this brand. During two months I earned 3250$, how much of it was paid? 0. My players were interested in a casino and I was never paid my commission. The casino has made a profit from my players. This affiliate manager guy never responded to my emails and finally I couldn't even log on and check my statistics on the afifliate platform.

This was already posted on ***** (their casino/affiliate program has negative reviews there), many (dozen) of emails were sent to the PlayMillionPartners and PlayMillion Casino during the past few years. The casino always said that it is not their departament and always said to get in touch with the affiliate department. But the thing is that in the affiliate department it is always the same guy who is scamming and spamming people. I also recently received a message from this person sent via Skype bot where he is offering to invite people to some other casino (no thanks).

Playmillion Casino should be ashamed of themselves. My sister has won a big amount in this casino and they were calling her and trying to persuade her to keep playing with her winnings (it has nothing to do with this complaint, but still worth a mention).
Playmillion, either you resolve this issue that I have with your affiliate program or you will always look like a shady, scam brand.

I would not recommend neither working with them neither playing in their casino.

We've just heard from the casino rep and he's told us that the issue has been forwarded to the relevant department. Hope we'll have the answer shortly.

This should reflect on their casino's description on LCB. At least it should be mentioned that people should not even consider working with their affiliate department (it is not even a department it is just one person scamming/spamming people).

One more link with some important information. Playmillion partners is BLACKLISTED here (not only a casino, but an affiliate program as well, and there is proof why).

Thanks for the update. However, I doubt they would do something about your case since it was closed for them a few years ago when you posted this complaint and we couldn't do anything to help you. We placed them on our warning list and they remained there since 2016. We can get in touch and see if anything has been changed.
