I won a $15000 jackpot . When I attempted to withdraw they asked me for paperwork for verification which is completely cool of course I proceeded to provide what they asked for in the first email to me when they ask for the verification they also said we see duplicate accounts can you please explain that. I know don't have a duplicate account with them that's why I said I'm not aware of any accounts with you guys and if by any chance there is one which I'm pretty sure there isn't I obviously never used it and completely forgot about it that is if I give them the benefit of the doubt. Then they emailed me asking me for a pictures of all the cards I use in my account proof of address all that which of course I proceeded to provide this one on for 3-4 days. Then after the last document the required was sent and approved I was playing a game on their Casino then suddenly I was kicked out of the site with a message saying your account has been closed. I checked my e-mail they they sent me a message saying do would be to your duplicate accounts alleged duplicate accounts that is can't get my winnings my account from closed and winnings have been confiscated. I emailed them back asking for proof a few times never heard them again. So obviously this casino is a big No-No all they do is just Rob people

I didn't have duplicate accounts. My boyfriend has an account with your casino. He's the one who recommended I try your casino so i opened up my own account... we ok only have one cell phone and one desktop so we both use them .. but we play on our own accounts.. How is that fraud? U guys robbed me for money I won fair and square.. after asking me to get u all the paperwork for verification and picture of every card.. what for if u stol e my money anyway..

As far as I know, another thing that can cause complications is the fact that you played from the same IP on the same computer, more to the point if both you and your partner claimed bonuses from your different accounts, then that would be a breach as bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address.
I went through their terms and saw the following, which means you breached the term as you were using the same computer, which means logged in different accounts in the same browser.

Just an update - there is no additional info provided from their end about your case. However, according to their Terms and Conditions, a player is not allowed to have more than one account registred / claim bonuses from the same IP address. If that is the case, they would be able to close your account / withhold the win and reffer to their Terms and Conditions. Anyway, we will try sending them a reminder for additional evidence. Playamo is becoming rude nowadays, I referred a friend of mine to Playamo and one day I played at my friend's house and because of it my friend is not eligible for their bonuses which is terrible and I had to request bonuses via live chat which was rude from time to time. They are very unprofessional the way they handled their customers. A live chat agent bullied me and gave me a hard time with my withdrawal last week and now their sisters casino Betchan also gave me a hard time so I stopped playing at both casinos. I have been a member of these casinos for almost two years. Be cautious with these casinos. They do pay if you don't break one of their rules.

To make the devil's advocate here, i played playamo for a while and did some crazy scamaz roulette streaks and cashed out huge (to lose back later on but it's how it is) and they never caused me any problem, always paid. Of course i am canadian with one account no other people on same ip and im regular but still, if you abid to the rules they pay. When it comes to americans, it's their own laws and they know it, they can only blame themselves.
