  •    I want to let my fellow members know, just exactly TO WHAT LENGHTHS a casino will go to avoid paying out..... and, I've had quite a few bad experiences, but.... Planet casino, has gone to a new low!!!!

when I  registered for a new account, I realized my husband had already registered an account in his name, so...  .. when we realized it, we never played, or deposited on my newly created  account.., nor did we verify  the email to activate the 2nd account. so, for all practical purposes, I only had one active account, and only deposited and played on the one account... the second account had been created... but was never activated..

ok, so... I made a deposit on Planet casino... had a bonus... got through this playthrough.. down to the withdrawable $...

requested a withdrawal... meanwhile... click on the chat session to ask about my withdrawal request... the represenative sends me a message... reguarding the 2nd unactivated account... that , If I would verify the email address attached to that account... by clicking on a link they would send me... that they would send me a 100$ bonus code.. I thought Great!!! I thought maybe they allow 2 accounts on planet casino, I dont know what I thought... but 100$ bonus sounded sweet... I leave the chat, log into my email, verify the link.     NO BONUS CODE??? NO $ BONUS ON THE ACCOUNT??? Im like?? wondering why, so... I log into Planet Casino... inquire as to why didnt I get my 100$ bonus?   They then inform me, I have broken rules by activating that account, when I clicked the link to verify the email... and.... they said,,, My withdrawal request has been voided, my account had been closed! Ever since then, Im not able to log in, and I lost my winnings, and all because they lied to me, to TRICK me into verifying my email... which activated the second account!!! I can NOT let it go??? its been a few weeks ago now... but... 300$ is 300$!!!! and if anyone can assist me? I would love to hear from you...             player: msantos082574

  • Damn.... I am so sorry that happened to you!! I know what you mean 100% about not being able to let it go... It like literally eats at you... $300 doesn't grow on any trees in my neck of the woods...

I can't believe that they literally told you to activate the account and then turned around and closed and disabled your account. That is shady as f$*k but I can't say that it surprises me. It is so ridiculous to deposit at a casino and then be treated like your money isn't helping to pay their bills... They are so quick to deny and twist player's words to suit whatever position is going to bring them out on top. It's like who cares if you had two accounts... sometimes people forget where they have signed up, change email addresses, etc...

I am going to do a little experiment and see what they do if I open 2 accounts and then ask about making a deposit on 1 of the accounts... I wonder if they will bring up that I can not deposit because I have 2 accounts (violated their rules) and disable both of them...

I am sure that LCB will help you i_love_lcb

  • U should have read the forum about this casino ... then u would never have played here ...

No way that they will give something or u will be very very very lucky

  • Hi Melissa Santos,

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with the casino. Please note that they are on our warning list. You can read more info in their review page.

Please PM me your casino username so we can try to get in touch with them.

  • Hi Melissa Santos,

Just a quick update. Your username has been forwarded to the casino. Still waiting for their feedback.

    Keep you posted.

  • I am so glad I saw this! I had signed up with them and got a nice No Deposit bonus. I Liked they they were standalone and didn't have other casinos affiliated with it to transfer to.

I made play through and I am glad now I didn't even bother to try and withdraw!

Thanks so much for this post!

    Blessings,

    Enygma~

  • Dear Melissa Santos and LCB members,

My apologies for taking time to respond, but I did a thorough investigation into your complaint.

There is no other way to say this: This was an error that originated from our side. I provide a more detailed explanation below, as it’s necessary to understand “why” this occurred, but for starters want to emphasize that this course of action did not originate from deliberate negative intent at all, but a system function.

However, the frustration, disappointment and inconvenience you experienced is most regrettable and I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to set it straight.

I’m very pleased to report that your account has been re-instated, and your full balance is available to either withdraw or play with.

So, why did this happen? In terms of the error: The Support Agents are bound by very strict rules and regulations. In this instance, the system showcased the 2nd, yet inactivated account first and it’s upon this information that the Agent reacted.

We are therefore very grateful that you took the time to post, because:

    (1) We were able to rectify the mistake and hopefully re-gain your trust moving forward; and

    (2) We can now put a procedure in place to avoid similar errors in future.

Once again we would like to sincerely apologize and hope we’ve gained your understanding.

    Best Regards

    Planet Casino Support Team

  • OK thanks? Brad but what does this have to do with my withdrawal being paid. I am now talking to live chat and they giving me stall tactics like they cant find statements that I already sent out. Now they are telling me to send the statement to another email address. Question is who wants to play at a casino that you have to go through all of this trouble with for just one withdrawal. off topic, but I am thinking now all these Curacao casinos are in the same building and some do not pay to offset their losses lol

  • PLANET CASINO, .....  I am very glad that you took the time to investigate thet post on the forum. And, I appreciate that you admit that this did infact occour. And, I would like to let everyone know that this situation is resolved. My account is unlocked, with my full balance available to me. Thanks Again!
