I want to share my experience of playing at the CasinoEuro website so that you do not make my mistakes and do not fall victim to scammers: at first glance, an honest casino would not deceive its players – after all, reputation is valuable, but in reality, they treat all their users as fools, whose funds can be manipulated at will. However, let's go through everything step by step:

I have been playing on this site for quite some time, and I have had various wins without any problems. Of course, I went through all the necessary verification procedures in advance, which was confirmed by the site administration.

But as soon as I managed to win a jackpot of 5000 euros and tried to withdraw it, the site administration requested a bank statement showing salary and deposit to their casino, even though my deposit was made from winnings at other casinos. I explained to them that I made the deposit thanks to winnings from other casinos and even provided a bank statement showing the funds transferred to the same account from which I made the deposit at their casino.

Throughout this time, they keep requesting documents unrelated to my play at their casino and which I physically cannot provide. For example, now they require a photo of my passport, but taken in such a way that my nails are visible.

By indirectly accusing me of fraud and blocking my ability to withdraw my money, CasinoEuro once again proves that they have no intention of playing fairly – as soon as someone wins a decent amount, they immediately find numerous reasons to ensure that this money never reaches the person's account.

In the end, the casino administration keeps stalling me and makes me go through idiotic photo sessions with documents for several months – the issue remains unresolved, and the scammers at CasinoEuro have still not unfrozen my funds, effectively appropriating them for themselves. Think twice before making a deposit at this casino; do you really need such a headache and the high risk of not even seeing your winnings?
