    So I have had a problem here very recently. I was verified after sending a copy of my birth certificate and various other documents previously.

    I wanted a fast withdrawal for my winnings (previously won from a bonus) so I was advised to add my card via making a deposit. I did this as it is the done thing. After which I had no card available to withdraw to {this is after I spent the £10 I deposited) I was told that my card had not on this occasion synced with the system or what ever... and that I need to deposit more money. Well I had/have no more money to deposit, and surely one deposit is enough. They have been able to take my money - allow me to spend it, yet not aknowledge the card from which they took money. This seems outrageous for my point of view. This could go on forever - me depositing and them telling me my card didn't sync.

    I would love and help/advice I could get on this please.

    All seems fine, but I guess you never know until you're paid.
