Please be advised that the casino assisted the player directly (Bruce Lee), we never received a response from them about this case although we tried contacting them. However, it might be that our email helped with the process in some way.
Around the same time, we recieved an official notification from the casino that their staff decided not to cooperate with us regrading complaints.
On our forum, you also will find that we assisted with other resolved complaints related to PH casino, however, that was before they made a decision above mentioned. So, in case of any issues / complaints, please contact the casino directly.
