  • I request withdrawal at PH Casino.. The first withdrawal I did via Skrill took almost 8 business days pending. Now here I am waiting on day 20 business days of my second withdrawal... I am still waiting... It is really annoying that they don't stick to their timeframes for payouts. Their support never responds so it's frustrating. Thank you.

    Sorry to hear that. We still haven't heard from them although we sent several reminders so far. Lots of people are waiting for their payouts. We'll try again today if we don't hear from them you can go and file a complaint to their regulatory body. Maybe they can help you.

  • My advice is once you get paid out dont go back there, if you withdraw too much they will just ban your account.


    happened to me and lost $7235, never heard anything from them- and the regulatory body Curacao is useless

  • I guess ph casino, They are not on the warning list yet, but they soon will be. :) Curacao = worst service ever! i never seen they help.

    We never hear back from them. We added them on the Warning list since there are so many unresolved complaints. We advise you to file a complaint to their regulatory body and see if they can help you in this case as we don't get any updates from them.

  • Thanks for letting us know, qwertyz. Please be patient. Hope they pay out your winnings as they promised. It is true that it takes too many days for the withdrawal but the most important thing after all is that you get your winnngs.

  • You are talking like you are customer support from Usoft ? Yes, most important thing after all I will get my winnings but not like after 3months before I request withdrawal. so this worse Usoft gaming services deserve to be in blacklisted casinos! Its worse casinos service ever I played! When player are deposit, there is no problem but when players request withdrawal than real game is loading... 2k cant withdrawal, split it in 4 and wait each month 500 euros! Excuse me but are you kidding me ???

    I do agree with you that it took too long for them to cashout your winnings, I mean you are still waiting for it, it's not a good business practice and it's not a good image for the brand as well. What I wanted to say is that it's better to be a little bit more patient and wait for your winnings than not to get it at all. Better something than nothing. You have been waiting for months for your winnings,I think it's worth waiting a little bit longet and get it in the end. It's your decision later whether you want to play there or not. We want to thank you for bringing this case to our members' attention. They have a real picture now and can decide themselves.

    They pay out on time and great but I do it to a card.
    I have read there have been issues with skrill for a while now.

    Try it to a card and it should work.

  • Oh wow I wish I saw this post a while ago.
    Used PH casino a few months back and withdrew loads to my debit card. No issues whatsoever in August this year.
    Decided to have a punt mid November, doubled up my deposit and thought I'd cash out and treat my family to an early Christmas present with my winnings.
    Oh... Wait... What?! They've taken away the ability to withdraw to debit card?! But you can still deposit to them with it.
    Right, whatever, I've a skrill account so I'll try that instead.
    "You must first make a deposit via skrill before you can cash out."
    Fair enough, I'll deposit.
    Wait a minute, sign in to my skrill via the deposit method and am met with "This merchant can't accept Skrill deposits."
    What the hell does that mean?!
    Ask their support team, who in fairness have been quick with their replies to me, however I just get told that their withdrawal to card is "undergoing maintenance" and was promised a week or two until it was back up to cash out to, but offered to try the bitcoin withdrawal method instead for the mean time.
    Never used bitcoin, never been interested so decided to wait.
    Two week later, still nothing, still advised its undergoing maintenance and will be up soon.
    Venture through all withdrawal methods and bite the bullet and create a bitcoin wallet on coinbase.
    Of course, had to deposit via that method before I could withdraw and did exactly that.
    HUZZAH, I FINALLY WITHDREW MY BALANCE!! And better still it says on the withdrawal it would be within 1 minute to 1 day processing. Great?! Not great...
    5 days later its still showing as "pending" and after numerous emails with William in their support he's supposedly escalated to his manager to process ASAP.

    Now... I've read this, I'm doubtful ill ever receive my money, which is heart wrenching considering it's MY money fair and square, so what gives them the right to hold on to it longer than their "withdrawal time process" takes? I (stupidly) already told my wife and child that I'm splashing out on them in the days to come.... Now the disappointment is imminent when I have to break it to them that the Christmas treat I mentioned is cancelled because some greedy company is holding my money.

    Avoid this casino and its subsidiarys like the plague. If I ever get my money... Not another penny will be spent with them. Shame really, I really like their live party blackjack.

    I have recently deposited and played on PH casino, I have been trying to cashout through credit card as that is my only option but i am not succesful and i dont own any crypto account as i understand that to be the option that works.

    It looks like they are trying to delay verification for me to withdraw, i have sent them multiple request through form on the website but no answer.

    I also have never received any sort of email regarding verification process to withdraw.

    could someone help me with that?

  • Good luck. I quit depositing there after I had to get the rep here to help me get paid. I deposited a lot there and should have been getting paid without any issues. But they stalled me along so I left.
