    As we told you on live chat today, we've been contacting the casino lots of times and we haven't received any reply so far. The last time they said your case had been forwarded to their finance dep and not a single word from them since then. We'll keep on trying to get through to them and keep you posted. 

  • Finally a live chat answered at Royal Planet Casino. .They forwarded my name again..They gave me the email address of finance Dept..I already emailed to them today..OK..
