    So my problem is with casino site panache.be they have nice 12,50€ no deposit bonus and all. But what it does help if they will refuse withdrawal and close your account. This all happened already two months ago and asked a reason for that. I got some strange answers and waiting and waiting. Then I finally got an answer that I have break rule number 6. It didn't tell me anything even read their rules. Now I have pushed them again... and same story waiting and waiting.

    And to be honest still I have not an any idead what kind of rule I have broke. As I'm honest player, this really make me angry. Around 100€ withdrawal and they really wanna ruin their reputation. If they do have that?!

    After months of fighting with this casino. They have finally re-opened my account. Just that they have never ever paid my 125€ winnings, they just stole that money and told me that 12,50€ bonus is only for Belgium players. Before that they were telling me that it's illegal Finns to play in casino.

    Belgian gaming commission been also just a joke with this case. I have contacted and pushed them many times. Always same result after week wait. They just tell me every time that panache.be will not pay to you.

    I learned from experience that everything with .be is just a no go hehe. so many sad stories.

    Unfortunately, there was nothing that we could do to assist, even though we tried contacting the casino multiple times  in order for the issue to be resolved.
