  • i redeemed 500 chip from lcb. prior to redeem i contacted support they said i could redeem and if i make playthrough requirement i could withdraw 250 max.  well i did on oct 15. put in my request. uploaded paperwork. got automated response and nothing else. put in another request oct 20. still waiting. i contacted support twice and they gave the below answer. i explained that i dont want them to access the accounting ticket i wanted to know who i could contact to get help. she stopped answering me. Great not customer service.  please help.

    He reviewed your account and found that you haven't sent all the required documents which is now holding up the withdrawal. He also claims that you were messaged regarding this.

    He kindly asked me to let you know that when a player submits multiple tickets it keeps resetting the system and it makes the waiting time start from day 1 again. His advise is to submit one ticket and then get back to them.

  • I was also told i sent multiple tickets one time when i was waiting to get paid . Wasn't true of course , just a tactic . I did eventually get paid though  dizzy. Good luck  smiley.

    Then one day i used a freechip of pampercasino and mjiracle miracle - made the 99x playthrough.

    it was only 160 however i wanted to cash out never ever recieved an answer to my withdrawal request. when i logged into my account a few weeks ago i was "surprised" since the allrng (real money balance) has vanished completely. as if darth vader himself visited my account and erased it.

    So there should be noticed - depositing does not prevent them from ... not paying. ;-)

  • Hi BISBIS I have some good news & some bad news for you, the good news is that Pamper does pay! The bad news is that it took them 10 months to pay my friend Shelly. She stayed on them, sending an email or visiting chat at least twice a month & she didn't make any deposits, claim any bonuses or even play there at all until the payment arrived. So hang in there, you should get your money before the Holidays! smiley

  • Indeed, but "no deposit" generally means "no withdrawals" or "cash-out if you dare" or "we'll give you an update in 6 months". Casinos like these play on our weakness, and even though these casinos are blacklisted/poorly rated (for good reasons), people keep playing there and complain afterwards. I really, really wonder why...

  • The Delay in payment was caused due to documents being submitted. Once the docs were submitted and accepted we made the payment.

    Please check with this client again. We would be more than happy to share any other details about the payment. This was paid more than a month and a half ago or more.
