  • This is such a scam of a site. I received an email telling me to join. I did, received my bonus and met all the wagering requirements and have 50$ remaining, (which is the max cash out for that promotion). Then I had to wait to be "verified." Surprisingly I received an email that I was verified in less than a week so put in a withdrawal request only to be denied because I "played games ineligible for the promotion." Mind you if you tried to play any games that were not allowed, your received a error screen telling you you could not play that game. WHAT A JOKE. STAY FAR AWAY!

  • Ouch! So sorry you are having to go through this. I don't care much for Pacific Spins myself. I will say I always try to make it a habit (especially when playing with a bonus of anykind) to check what games they categorize to be "Progressive" slots since those are the ones they always include in Not being allowed when you have a bonus. This can be confusing though cause there are a few slots that I know are "progressives" and still aren't listed. Hopefully you can get it figured out. Good Luck!

    We got the answer from the casino regarding your case:

    The Verification procedure was not initiated due to the fact the player, at the time of the review, had no withdrawable balance.
    In order to initiate the Verification procedure, the player has to have withdrawable balance.
    This requirement is in place in order to reduce the number of verification requests and to have a certain priority order.

  • Well I don't know if it was because of lcb contacting them, but a few days later they gave me some bonus funds to use and I actually made it to 50 after the wagering requirements and was able to withdrawal! But now unfortunately I'm having a similar issue with Limitless casino. After playing through a bonus I have the 50 for withdrawal but I need to be verified and they are just not getting back to me. I sent in my documents 2 weeks ago and any time I inquire about it I seem to get the same generic response. I find it weird because by the user interface I can tell both casinos are run by the same company so I don't understand how my kyc could be taking so long with one, when I was approved in days by the other.

    If it comes to payout withdraws, some casinos try everything (f.e. long kyc) to try the player lose his winnings within time. No idea whats the case in this casino, but it seems not even have a valid license at all(?)

  • Yea that's what I'm finding out but. I actually received the email from both casinos and Pacific Spins tried to do all the same things, but they eventually paid out so I'm hoping Limitless does the same thing

  • Similar issue here for me... I managed to win enough to withdraw off the free spins offers, i met all the requirements and submitted my ID and Selfie photos to their banking department's email as support requested me to... (I found it odd that Pacificspins has been the only site to have me submit my verification via email - while Brango and BonusBlitz and Yabby all had me upload my verification on their website and then wait for an email response)

    Anyways so I submitted my verification 2 full business weeks ago now and have been going back and forth with their support via email because they said the process is supposed to take "several business days" which I know isn't a specific number - but I'm pretty sure most people would expect  "several business days" to be at the most 5 business days - in my case it's been 10 business days and they just keep giving me the same generic copy/paste template responses on email... I finally got a bit more of what appeared to be a custom written response after I pressed them a few nights ago - tldr i basically told them that Brango, Yabby and BonusBlitz all completed my verification in about 4-5 business days and gave me no issues - whereas PacificSpins is the only one who appears to be unwilling to pay customers winnings... Which I guess triggered them to respond with a bit more effort finally... One of the things they said for me to  do was to email their banking email address asking for a status update - which I did, but of course I still haven't heard back from the banking email - in fact, I've never once seen any sign of life from the banking email address...

    After a few days into my waiting for verification to be completed, I had emailed support asking if they could confirm that they received my verification because I hadn't received any sort of confirmation that they received my ID/selfie... Which then led to the same generic copy paste response they've sent me nearly every time i respond to one of their emails... which is this:

    Please note that as a support team, we do not have access to the banking department, we cannot check on emails they received, verify your account, or anything that is associated with the banking department.

    So after the 2nd time of receiving that response and being a little irritated at that point, I decided to respond to them addressing the fact that my email had been sent to the banking email address only, not support - and that this email they're sending me about support not having access to the banking department email - is insulting to me because if that were true, then they wouldn't be responding to an email that was sent only to the banking department and intentionally didn't have support included on...

     

    Anyways I don't really know what else to do and frankly, at this point - I don't have much optimism that they're even going to pay my winnings. Out of all the sweepstake / e-casino sites I've played on, this is the one and only that has aggressively evaded any sort of genuine communication with me and shown with their behavior that they have no intention of paying customers out their winnings & they intend to just waste time as long as it takes until you throw in the towel... Beware.
