Hello, I thought this casino was an instant payout casino but I didn't know I had to wait several business days to get verified, let alone withdraw my funds. I hit a grand Jackpot of $7000, starting out with a no rules deposit bonus and playing through the 1x plus bonus playthrough requirements. How do I know if my documents were received?

Verification usually takes 2-3 days or so and they usally email when its completed, at least thats how it was for yabby, limitless, casino extreme which im pretty sure are all run by the same people as pacific spins 

I sent my docs 7 days ago and still aren't verified. Sent numerous emails to support to no avail. Please help so I can cash my winnings out.
