    Hi! I am owed money from both Royal Ace casino and Planet 7!!! Planet 7 sent me bad check....luckily the bank thought it was fraud and sent to different dept. to see if check would clear...it didn't. So, they didn't charge me the $35 bounced check fee!!! So angry @ these casinos. Something needs to be done about it. Weekly updates requested and expedited process...no help......any one else run into w/drawal issues/no payment!!!???

    I see you are a newbie member and this is your first post. If you see our reviews for these casinos you will see we have warnings placed for slow payments. See planet 7 review here.

    I suggest before signing up and depositing at a casino make sure the casino is not on this list, if it is play with caution or rather play at one of the top ranked casinos listed here.

    You haven't received money yet? Hm! We're going to double check with them again. They told us the last time that you have been paid via Bitcoin? Have you checked this account?

    Regarding your second payment by cheque, they informed us that their finance team is waiting for you to provide them with the documentation from the bank on why they will not accept the check. Please send them the necessary docs and I'm sure it will be sorted out.

    yes, correct..........will send documnetns tomorrow when I hve access to scanner. I did already send scanned documnets to 3 other email addresses. I will do it again tomorrow.
