  • I loved this casino, but for the second time my "immediate" cashout was blocked by customer service guys for no reason, and THis - after many hours spent, let's say wasted - arguing with those poor guys... i finally find out the only and real reason... they need the manager approval, but the manager is not available sometimes for the whole week end 

    this means that the casino doesn't respect the rules it made itself and confiscate with no rights funds that doesn't belong to it... 

    i am in shock 

    this happened to me twice 

    i wonder why a casino with such a good reputation, and i can confirm all of the good people says about it, should fall so down for just such am immature behaviour 

    i ask my funds back, of course, i ask that NOW, and i also ask his formal excuses to me and The guys working for him because we wasted hours arguing for his lack of professional conduct 

    i have all chats i had with his customer service where is clearly asked to me to wait until next morning, that they contected him and hour by hour he still did not appear 

    the worst thing is that he tries to make his guys lie about the real reason of this 

    i am deeply deceived and very annoyed

    Sorry about the fail here. As you might guess, at weekends we don't have full crew working on Oshi and so things like this have happened.

    In short, because of this incident we are changing the way we manage cashouts at the weekends, so it'll be easier and faster to get cashouts done ASAP.

  • I am glad to read you're not resentful for my complain and that you understand it and recognize i had some right to not be happy, it shows you are taking now responsability, i like your casino and i am glad to keep being on of your users... 

    I think the only problem was the prolonged absence of the manager who had to autorize the cashout, the crew working on those days behaved in an excellent way to my opinion 

    It seems right to me to underline this

  • Hi there, I'm not a hundred percent clear on the question about lotteries?

    Some background on them. For technical reasons, we only distribute lottery tickets to customers using Fiat currencies i.e. everything but Bitcoin.

    There was an issue where the lottery was advertised as being awarded on Mondays , but because of the way the bonusing system works, the lottery awards were going out on Wednesdays (not good)

    So, we have changed the lottery award today to Wednesdays, which in my opinion makes sense because we award our tournaments on a Monday. Therefore it means a more even distribution of prizes.

    Anyhow it should all work fine now.
