I loved this casino, but for the second time my "immediate" cashout was blocked by customer service guys for no reason, and THis - after many hours spent, let's say wasted - arguing with those poor guys... i finally find out the only and real reason... they need the manager approval, but the manager is not available sometimes for the whole week end
this means that the casino doesn't respect the rules it made itself and confiscate with no rights funds that doesn't belong to it...
i am in shock
this happened to me twice
i wonder why a casino with such a good reputation, and i can confirm all of the good people says about it, should fall so down for just such am immature behaviour
i ask my funds back, of course, i ask that NOW, and i also ask his formal excuses to me and The guys working for him because we wasted hours arguing for his lack of professional conduct
i have all chats i had with his customer service where is clearly asked to me to wait until next morning, that they contected him and hour by hour he still did not appear
the worst thing is that he tries to make his guys lie about the real reason of this
i am deeply deceived and very annoyed
