RESOLVED: Oleobet Warning

Attention, I advise against playing in this casino and sportsbook, very unprofessional casino, I have been trying to withdraw money from my account for 2 weeks, cancel my withdraws all the time and they give no reason, Support does not really exist, Chat is not helpful, they are nothing they do not know, they write every time that this department finance is responsible for withdrawal and they can not do anything, sorry but such customer service is ridiculous and not serious, in my opinion the casino has problems with payments.

Live chat also write every time my withdraws canceled that they have technical problems (of course you can guess that this is just a stupid excuse)

I do not recommend playing there, the casino probaly is a scam.

Hmm, I just visited their website, I can't find their license, the page 'about us' is blank? Poor support is a big fat no go for me. I hope you'll get your answer asap. Good luck.

We just got a reply from the casino. Namely, they state that they are not authorized to provide any private information about players on behalf of anybody else. Therefore, you should contact them directly. They opened your case again as per our request. They also advised us that you haven't contacted them for a week. Please do so and let us know as soon as you get any feedback. Since they can't share any info with us, there's nothing much we can do for you. 

Oleobet paid my money, and I will continue to play there, they probably had temporary technical difficulties, and because of that there were delays in withdraw money. The case was resolved positively. Thanks
