    I registered an account with Betsolo only to find I was unable to download any of the slot games. I contacted customer service to be told that UK residents are not allowed to register, even though, UK came up on their registration page, apparently this was a mistake.

    I asked for my deposit to be returned and gave my bank details a few weeks ago, I have heard nothing at all since,

    My last email was 2 days ago reminding them that they had my details but no response has been received since.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Sorry to hear for your problem. You are right, UK is allowed to open an account with them, however, it is restricted for more bonus offers according to their terms & conds.
