  • Hi, I recently played at Luckybetz casino. I requested a payout and they lost contact with me. They no longer have live chat, I tried e-mailing them with no response, and they have no telephone number. This has been going on for 2 months now.

  • Lucky Betz website does not show any link to their regulatory body or whatsoever and in most cases when a casino is not licensed, they are free to do whatever they pleased and as players you are helpless when encountering issues, which is in most cases getting paid. Do a research next time you play at a new casino, it is a requirement nowadays, you cannot be careful enough. Good luck.

  • I looked up Luckybetz and they are licensed in costa rica.

  • When a casino is listed in the LCB casinos list, does not mean it is always a good one, there are plenty rotten ones too and they are mostly marked. So LuckyBetz is licensed by Costa Rica, we shall wait for their response.

  • Ok Thank you. They had the chat feature when I first signed up. After I had requested a withdrawal I never seen the chat feature again.
