    I signed a refund agreement with Betspino for €6652 on the 27th of May after agreeing a month before that. First the communication was really good, but now the payment is due and all relevant departments and VIP managers are all ignoring me. The only communication i get is that support is being sended to my VIP manager and after that i hear nothing. The agreement says that they have to pay me within 30 days but i received nothing and everybody is ignoring me. I tried every way of communication but they don't reply to anything.
