  • Unfortunately I played Big Dollar Casino before I read the reviews on their lack of paying out.  I won $4000 on 7/14/20  and have been emailing and chatting daily after I read the reviews, the withdrawal requests asks you send in the front and back of a DL & CC as well as a utility bill.  I sent it immediately.  A couple days later I was chatting and was told they never received them.  I sent them again.. all the documents were attached to the same email.  In a chat just now 7/20/20 I was told they didn't receive a copy of my DL & utility bill which is strange being they were all together.  

    Is there a way you can help PLEASE.  My user ID is Slainte1956

  • I have resent documents with clear images with some magnified.

  • Update...I spoke to a rep at Big Dollar named Thomas who was extremely helpful in me getting the documents to them and he has sent my request to the finance department.  He told me to check back on Friday 7/24/20 and they MIGHT have a decision. That bring the time I actually won to 10 days. IF they approve it will be another 7-10 business days.  I've never had to wait this long for a withdrawal, especially since I used bitcoin.  And it will only be half of what I won, so I assume it will be over a month if I get my winnings.

  • No, they really didn't say but 1 document, my water bill, did not show the entire page, so it needed to be resubmitted. Had I not started contacting them daily and recruiting your help they never would have notified me I'm sure.  I also feel the next thing will be some excuse as to why they won't pay out.  I'm hoping they do though and keeping my fingers crossed.  I will keep you updated.

  • I read a withdraw timeframe of 7 to 10 businesdays?! That is really crazy and actually I think people should know this cause its not acceptable to be honest ... Those long timeframes are something from the past ... These days a maximum of 3 days for wire transfers is ok, but more days its not good!

  • I just received an email from Big Dollar stating they're experiencing delays with Bitcoin payments and they want to know if they can send me a check or do a wire transfer.  This seems odd to me and I'm wondering what your thoughts are on this before I respond to them.

  • Now they are saying wire transfer is the only way which will take 7-10 days

  • I spoke to a woman who ned that I made my deposit with a credit card, therefore, the same method to withdraw.

    so.. it will be prossesed and they will send me a tracking number

  • Most casinos are terrible they always give me a hard time whenever I make a withdrawal. I've had enough.

  • New update...I'm still messing around with getting my withdrawal.  Last Friday I was told they would have a tracking number for me and I did a chat on Saturday and there was none and I was told it woud be available on Monday.  I emailed the person I had been communicating with Zayn ([email protected]) as well as copying Hein (hein@executivevipprogram).early this morning and nothing... 

    Just a reminder, I won the money on 7/14/20 and I'm still trying to chase it down.

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative. He says  your cheque was processed on the 24th July and you should receive it by Friday this week.

  • Well the check did arrive, however the amount was to be $2000 but the check was only $970.  I know there could be fees associated but $1030, holy cow.  I feel I'm lucky to have gotten THAT!  You're help is greatly appreciated!

    We got feedback regarding the amount of your withdrawal. Since the casino has a maximum weekly withdrawal limit based on their Loyalty Tier status you were allowed to withdraw $2,000 a week. The casino put this amount to your account and you played this money which explains why you withdrew $970 instead of $2,000. 

    We consider this case as resolved.
