  • Hello, I have opened an account yesterday with mrXbet, deposited 1000€, placed 1 bet on their sportsbook and won around 160€. I few hours later I tried to log in but got a message that my account is closed. I contacted them to see what the problem is and got this message:   

    I am sorry but your account has been closed for security reasons. It's a managerial decision based on an external notification that we have received. Regarding our Terms and conditions we are committed to ensuring the integrity of sport and we are allow to close your account at any time. 
    However, your initial deposit will be refunded as soon as possible.

    So I received the deposit but what about my winnings?? So I asked them again what have I done wrong and got this response:

    The situation on your account is as follows. Earlier today you made a deposit for 1,000€ using Skrill, you made one bet for 200€ and had left on your balance 1,163€.

    We received a notification about your personal details from a third party company in charge of our site security. We then decided to lock your account indefinitely, void all activity on your account and refund 1,000€ back to your Skrill account. The excess 163€ will not be paid to you.

    Our decision is final and will not be overturned.

    I have done nothing wrong, I used none of their bonuses and they just closed my account and confescated my winnings for no reason, can you please help me with this case. Thank you very much.

  • I am sorry it seems I made a mistake. The casino is mrXbet, I must have mistiped. But all the other informations are correct, MrWin is great, I am having problems with mrXbet.

  • Hello, I am also having similar problems with mrXbet. I received this email from them today :

    Dear Matej,

    Thank you very much for your recent communication. I can confirm that your account has been closed indefinitely and the remainder of your winnings has been voided.

    I write to inform you that kubasar was closed yesterday based on an external notification sent to us by our software provider.

    You made one deposits for 2,900€ and so far we paid you 3,100€ in winnings. Yesterday we received a notification about your account activity and we decided to lock your account and void the rest of your winnings. In your case we did not refund your deposits as the money already paid back to you exceeds the amount deposited.

    I still have 7075€ in my account and they are not retuning my emails. Also they have not givven me any proof of breaching their terms or anything, they just closed my account. Is there anything that can be done about this?

  • Hello, I am having identical problems as kubasar, and we are both from Slovenija so this must be connected. I also received an identical email telling me that they are closing my account and I still have 3596€ in my account to which I have no access. They gave me evidence to what I have done and I also did not use any of their promotions. I tried contacting kahnawake gaming commission and I received this message from them: http://www.gamingcommission.ca/news/pr09202017a.pdf

    This means that they must be licenced somewhere else. My username with them is benjobet123 if there is anything LCB can help us with.

    And I have done nothing wrong, I did not even lo in to my account as I was waiitng to receive my withdraw. Is there anything that you can help us with. My username with them is sanklem456  and they also do not answer my emails. They simply locked my account and I can not get to my money. And I as well did not use any bonuses or promotions.

    We got the info from the casino. Namely, they closed your account based on an external notification about a suspicious activity in several other casinos. They closed your account immediately and the deposit was refunded in full. It is stated in their t&c that they reserve the right to lock accounts in case of any suspicious activity. The casino's decision is final. 

    However, we also noticed that you have 4 different accounts opened from the same IP address on LCB. Please kindly note that multiple accounts are strictly forbidden on our site. 

    This case is considered as bogus and we're gonna close the topic.
