  • To make history short, i sended my document files twice for Mr ringo website platform, and they didnt "receive it", so i sended for their supported email, and no reply was made, im waiting for this payment, 7 days now, so im opening this case to solve the issue

  • Just a quick update. We've contacted the casino again today and haven't heard from them yet. We'll keep you updated. Thank you for your patience.

  • We heard back from the casino. This is what we got: 

    The player uploaded e a screenshNetellerteller and support sent him again a "copies request" mail because he needs to upload his ID/passport and a current bill as well. Otherwise support can't approve the documents. And he never send his id and a bill.

    Please send them the documents they need and I hope there shouldn't be any problems. They advised you to contact their live chat and they can assist you as well. 

     

  • Hi Melissa, i suspect this is not the full story, i sended the documents 2 times from their system and 1 time with my personal email and no reply from them

     

  • Please try to contact their live support as the casino rep suggested. They can check in their system. Please do let us know accordingly. 

  • i contacted their support and when i said to them it is not possible to me send the documents and on their side not to receive they simply didnt reply anything back, because when i sent by email it is impossible for the other side to not receive, they always do receive, and their support simply ignored me.

    i sent the documents again today by email using gmail...

    using the email they provided.

    Hm I see. It takes lots of time for the money to be processed and documents to be verified. We're going to double check with them what is going on and ask for the explanation. In the meantime please do keep us posted.

  • The casino informed us that your that account is still under review. They will send us the results next week. Let's wait until next week. We keep you posted. Please let us know if you hear back from them in the meantime. 

  • As i previously suspected they will delay as much as they can, because that is the common practice of their policies, delay as much as possible, because it is better for them.

  • Let's wait till the beginning of this week. We'll remind them to speed up the process if they don't send us any feedback by then.

    The casino informed us that you haven't requested the withdrawal you only transferred the money. They advise you to contact their live chat. Please do contact them and let us know. 

  • i withdraw those times also, but i did withdraw again, after being verified now, i believe they did all their security procedures after 1 month waiting for the payment, im sad they dont send withdraw confirmation emails, i tried to check if there is any pending withdraws after i requested the payment i saw none either, which is quite strange.

    Hm! Have you asked them about that? Please let us know if everything is ok and once the money hit your account. 

  • one update about this issue, they didnt pay me yet. i tried to withdraw again, after they canceled it to my balance again.

    They have been notified. We've asked them for the explanation.

    Oh, sorry to hear that. We contacted them several times since then and not a word. We'll keep on doing it. They have to answer. 

  • This is getting a bit ridiculous now,  we are adding Mr Ringo to the warning list for delayed/no payment and an unresponsive rep.

    @judasgoat - Please keep us updated on your progress

  • Thank you, i believe they are on financial trouble, since they tried very hard to make me lose the money delaying the payment.

    Now they know i wont play their game and they decided to "disappear" with the money instead.
