  • iam sooo tired of those mr o supports keep making new rules like you can only use 1 freebie after a deposit and such and wont add this freebies,,,, and then just keep leaving the messege soo... 


    its so sad that now i bine there 4-5 months and the last 3 month just gone downhill.....

    pretty sad cause i was glad to be there. but after this really change my eyes on it

  • year i do cause now they dont wanna add any freebies even known they offer peope 5 between  deposits and they dont wanna honor it now, they say i have won to much XD ....but ill only won 1 deposit and 1 freebie over all time and and i have lost my last deposit....

    Regarding the "5 promotions in between Deposits" rule - I see that this rule is also part of the everyday conversation across many other Forums, as well this one. How it is comprehended, based on most of discussions between the Customers and our Live Chat representatives, is that a Player is fully entitled to use all 5 Free Promotions in between their Deposits, without any other circumstances coming into question when it comes to making a decision if the player is actually qualified for the respective "Freebie".

    The mentioned rule is in fact there in our promotional mailers, bonus terms etc. purely to stop someone from going overboard with the number of consecutive Free Bonuses without a single Deposit in between, and the 5th one in a row is the peak limit to which someone can/should reach. 3rd, 4th, and 5th promotion are to be considered "exception" Free Bonus approvals in most cases.

    To conclude everything in one sentence, if your Deposit is not qualified for a any consecutive Free Bonuses in a row, our Live Customer Support Team is not allowed to issue one.

    freebies is ment for people there are loosing ..... soo when ya make offer you dont even mean what the offers say or what is it you try to  say cause.... ya only offer 20%-35% and somtimes 50% deposits.... and ill only won on one deposit... so all in all i have lost more that i have won soo.... 

    soo tell what you YOU thing a deposit shit be.... cause there have never bine a problem before i won that one time its all come after i won... and then cant use em any more.... thats just wrong = for me looks like, if i win i cant use anything if... even have lost after that.. still cant use em GREAT .... dont make any sense at all
