    I have attempted a withdrawal of $400 from Mermaids Palace and was informed by their support staff that the only method available was by Bank Draft.  However, they are able to process incoming deposits by credit card, of course.  Just no outgoing withdrawals by card or skrill or ukash, as advertised.  I have sent in my verification documents a total of 4 times.  After the last attempt, I was told they "could not open" a pdf file.  I was promised a call back as soon as they received my latest email and attached documents.  I have heard nothing in 4 days, the phone number no longer works, and I am being dismissed by unresponsive chat agents.  Looks like they never intended to pay any winnings at all.  My winnings were returns on a legitimate deposit by credit card with no bonus attached.
