    Hey Everyone,

    The player was wagering with our signup no-deposit free spins and won over 0.050 BTC, which is the maximum amount allowed for no-deposit spins. As a result, we followed standard procedure and removed all of their balance except for 0.050 BTC.

    While playing the no-deposit free spins, the player also left some bonus rounds unfinished until after we performed the balance correction. The player then resumed the bonus rounds from the no-deposit free spins, which temporarily increased their balance. Because this was part of the no-deposit free spins and the player already received the maximum amount from these spins, we had to remove those additional funds.

    Because we were not sure the player did this intentionally or had any malicious intent, we proposed a compromise and offered the player 0.100 BTC, which they accepted.
