  • Just wanting some guidance/assistance please... I requested withdrawal 3 days ago and it is still pending.

    I have gone through this before with malina and have had ended up reversing and playing througn my winnings while they request the same documents day after day.

    Please help :)

  • As per the casino rep's words, yesterday the financial department sent the email with a request to provide color copies of credit cards and a selfie with passport or ID. You sent it yesterday and your docs are still in the process of verification. 

    Her documents are now in processing. According to the Casino Rules, her request will be completed within 24 hours.

    She just needs to wait.

    So it should be done today. Please let us know once you hear back from them.

Please note that you have requested a withdrawal via payment method that wasn’t used by you during your last deposit. According to our General Terms & Conditions any withdrawal can requested only to the same payment method and by using the same payment details as used for the deposit."

  • They will just keep giving new requests every 24 hours.

    My account was verified when i first joined casino, their documents request yesterday was a selfie with my id and credit cards. 

    Ive never experienced anything like this.

    this is pretty standard casino practice.  which method did u use to deposit?

  • I understand this part im fine with that but having experienced  all their excuses im just frustrated.

    In the past ive deposited using card, skrill, neteller, bank transfer and ecopayz.

    - i requested withdrawal using the 2 cards they specifically told me to use as they were the last deposit methods used. Half to card 1, half to card 2

    - just got another email now saying withdrawal to card 1 was declined, please request again using card 2
